“We won an online auction locker at the LP 23rd St facility. After having a hard time with one named Anna, she had to call for help from another store. Anna had a hard time with the temp gate codes working right. She was saying things she shouldn't be saying to customers about the property mgr. "I'm not sure how to do auctions lockers." "She's out sick or didn't want to show up or whatever". Wth?! Who days stuff like that to customers?! How does she work in that environment and not how to do all areas of needs? She called for help from another place and she(Miranda) did great! The following day we realized the property mgr was a very long time friend of ours of 30 plus years! I knew she worked at a storage facilty but not that particular one. So I let her know I was leaving reviews on google and the website about Anna's inconsistencies of not knowing anything about online auctions. Heather went above and beyond customer service, checked on us several times and even offered water! Then we realized the cleanliness of the entire facilty is also due to Heather! She's very helpful and goes the extra mile in all she does!”

I wish I remembered the names of our two movers because they did a really great job- everything was moved quickly and carefully. We moved out of a large 1 bedroom apartment and into our house in just over 3 hours (25 min apart), which ran us a bit over $500. The service price was still one of the lowest we were quoted, and the quality reviews about service were completely correct. I hope we don’t have to move again, but if we do it will definitely be with Square Cow.”

“We found DS movers a little over a year ago when we were in a pinch to move out. We had a lot of stuff still needing done as illness came upon me and I couldn’t finish what I wanted to finish. I hate standing around watching other people work around me. They came in with 3 guys and just took over. They handled everything with care. Their attitudes were positive and they took the job seriously. We asked for a 2nd stop since there was room and the didn’t hesitate or show frustration and got it done. We spent less than the other movers in this area and still got professional service.We finally bought our new house and it was time to move back in and we got ahold of them and they could move us the next day if we wanted. We agreed on 3 men again. I showed up Saturday morning and there was 4 men. They knocked it out quickly and with care. I told them to just throw this or that in the truck as it didn’t matter to us. It mattered to them. They tied it down and handled it all carefully. They moved everything exactly where we asked them. They knocked it all out in 1 hour less than expected. I was billed for 3 man rate even though it was 4 man. We gladly paid them the 4 man rate and tipped them on our own because of the service they gave.I recommend these guys to everyone I know so thought I’d share to everyone I didn’t know too. They are bilingual which is awesome too. Will use them 100% of the time that we need help moving.”
