My experience with this store was very disappointing to say the least! To make a long story short, I was called out of town unexpectedly and had to have a shipment delivered to this store. All of the details were handled by the company I made the purchase from, including the nearly $200.00 fee for changing the delivery address. I then made two phone calls to the store to confirm all was good and was assured by the young lady I spoke to that it was not a problem. She explained, that they would hold my items for five business days. My next contact was from the store owner Luis, who called me and immediately started speaking in a very harsh tone with broken english that was very hard to understand. He was very rude and would not listen to me, as I tried to explain my side of what was going on. He threaten to return my items unless, I paid $60 for him to hold them for the weekend, which I did. In the end I was so ticked off about my treatment that I had a friend go pick my items up. To his credit, Luis refunded my 60 bucks. My advice, use the UPS stores in Pearland or League City.

I went to return Amazon packages last Friday Jan 19th and this place was very unhelpful. As soon as the older man with glasses behind the counter saw me having several boxes right away he said “Ooooh no!” with a negative attitude (what a nice* way to greet a customer). He only took three of my items, the first two he didn’t know what to do and asked the other worker how to do it, he seemed very overwhelmed and then he told me he couldn’t return the rest because there was more than one package in one order and he wasn’t going to pack that because I’m supposed to pack that myself and bring it back—- I was so confused (yes, customers get confused too, we don’t do this everyday) I read to him the Amazon instructions where it said “UPS will pack and ship” to ask him, but he began giving me an attitude and replied “I know what you’re talking about we get that *all the time!*” .He said I had to “call Amazon and tell them to send me a label” - that was absolutely weird to me. Him saying “we get that all the time” along with everything else made me wonder *how many other* customers he’s said this to and sent them back…I went straight to UPS in League City location with the same packages and Lo and Behold! they packed all my stuff right away without a problem. My refunds were issued right away, and they were SUPER helpful! I asked them questions about the Amazon instructions this man with glasses at the Friendswood location was telling me about in regards to more than one package in the same label and they explained indeed UPS was supposed to pack it themselves *based* on my Amazon instructions and of course that there *are other times the customer should pack it as well— They even showed me how the instructions look (phone screen) when customer packs vs ups packs returns. They are very knowledgeable/experienced on Amazon returns and fast too. I got all my refunds issued and money back. The man at the Friendswood location seemed very overwhelmed. But it was very unprofessional to behave like this especially in front of my small children who became very uncomfortable and were ready to leave like I was. Whether ups packs it or not, that’s fine! but he could’ve pushed his attitude aside and be professional (even a nicer way to greet me vs “oooh no”) to communicate with me, it didn’t have to be an interaction like this.

The lady at the counter was rude. I had a copy order pickup for 2 pieces of paper... 2, not a 500 page book. And instead of trying to help or look for it, she said we haven't received a copy order since Christmas. Really, I have the on-line receipt for that store?? She didn't want to look at it. RUDE customer service.

Dropped off an Amazon return in October (Apple AirPods) and came to find out from Amazon that the return was not complete and would not issue a refund. I sent an email to this store asking if they had cameras and explained the package had obviously been tampered with and wanted to check with the store to see if they had surveillance that could help. I never received a response from the store and I’ve been fighting with Amazon and my credit card company ever since. I got a drop off receipt from the store but somewhere between this store and Amazon, someone took the merchandise. Just went in this UPS store in Friendswood recently and did not see any cameras facing the counters, only the customers. Went to the UPS store in Pearland off of Broadway today to return something from Amazon and noticed at least 4 cameras facing the counter and back area. I will got to the UPS store in Pearland in the future for all of my returns. It’s sad that this happens at all but I’m not about to be out $220 again because of punks.

I went into the store to ship an item. The item I was to ship was about 4x4 inches, it weighed approximately 1 ounce. It was a very small wallet and prepackaged. I expected it to cost me around $10 bucks to ship at the cheapest rate/method of shipment. Although I believed that to be a little too much, for something so small. Welp the cashier said, it would be a whopping $26 bucks. Keep in mind this was a small wallet, only cards could be stored in this wallet. I couldn’t believe the amount they wanted to charge me to ship this thing. I have shipped an entire 24x24 box that weighed pounds and it cost me be $30 to ship to the same location. That one was a little more acceptable.I’m not sure if this was correct and it was a new person taking my request and maybe a shipping calculator error. Although there was another employee next to this person and she just laughed it off, instead of making sure the calculation on the computer was correct.Moral of the review: I normally go to the post office to ship because I can just purchase a flat rate box, but this USPS store is pretty much right out of my front door, so I thought I’d give it a try, thinking it couldn’t be much more than a usual cost at USPS. Omg was I incorrect. Do not, do not use UPS to ship. They are only good for doing Amazon returns I guess.

In September 2023 I returned 1 item. The assistant scanned it andsaid "you're good to go". I asked for a receipt and he said " you'll receive it to youremail".3 days ago I received an email from the retailer asking me for the return if notthey're going to charge me for that amount. This morning I decided go back to the UPS Store asking for help. I waited for my turn and an assistant there gave me a phone number to call but did not fully address my questions and concerns.

I've been using this location for Amazon returns for 8 maybe 10 years. The 2 women working there are always helpful, efficient, and courteous. There must be more to the other reviewsKeep up the good work I hope they stay open 10 more, so convenient.

Consistently the rudest manager in Friendswood. I have tried to do business with them multiple times and I am leaving frustrated each time I go in the Friendswood UPS store. Pearland UPS store is managed and runs 100% better.

Always one lady working in the morning and although she gets the line down quickly, she is always late to work. Need more employees to help work opening.

I visited this location today. The store is pretty much clear and no rush. I went to send a courier and my work done with in seconds. Very friendly staff. Along with courier I went for notary. There were 2 staff and they did the notary with in minutes. They charged me 10$. There is lot of parking space in front of the store. Easter greetings cards available when I visited the store. So there may be other greetings available for other important days. Ask inside for more info.

The employees who work here are so awesome and nice. The manager is a whole other story. He's rude, you can ask a simple question and he has such a horrible attitude. Sad 1 higher person can ruin their store even if his employees are nice. I only go here for Amazon returns since it's nearby to my home, but to pay them, no.

This is the second time this store has botched a simple overnight delivery.I shipped Christmas cards and gift cards to the grandkids in San Antonio, Tx on 12-23-2022 and had no problem paying $63.05 to ensure they recieved them by the end of the next day 12-24.The clerk ask about the contents, I told her what it was and she advised me gift cards wer not insurable. I wasn't worried about it because I knew we had the receipt. My only concern was that they reach my grandkids the next day, she assured me they would be there by the end of 12-24-22.We waited, tracked it, waited and today find out it's in Louisville KY and is on schedule for 12-28-22 by 9pm.I called the store at 4pm and the lady that answered took my number and stated she would check on it and call me back. By 5 I had not received a call back so I called the store again and after a few rings it went to the recording that they were busy and to call back.I had also put in a request inline to receive a call back from UPS.I called the store one more time and got the same message so I decided they must have called id.I recieved a return call from a gentleman who had broken english. He said the weather was a factor with delayed deliveries. He gave me the number to Billing and said if it did not show up by the end if day 12-28-22 I could call for a refund.I'm sure I was due a refund on 12-25-22 but the money is not the issue. The package would have arrived had the sent it to San Antonio Tx like it should have been.Someone at the store could have returnted my call like they stated they would or simply took responsiblity for the error, mistake or for the package being sent no where near the destination and we could have been done. That simple. This was not the 1st time and I do understand a mistake but neither time did UPS take responsibility so I will not be using them again.I would really hope others can benefit from my experience.

I visited this location last week with a few Amazon returns and a package to be mailed out. I received the best help from Kimberly when I had trouble accessing my return codes. She was very friendly and patient with me, as this was my first time returning Amazon items. The store was clean but a little warm inside, but the customer service was top notch. Thanks Kimberly!
