“Very nice property, very clean from lobby to the rooms. The staff is about as nice as any I have stayed in anywhere. Only down side was we needed to do a quick laundry before leaving Saturday and the machines were really needing some service. Otherwise it was a top notch bargain. Will return for sure!”
“I had the pleasure of DJing a Debut at this venue for my client. There are many positives to this space from the client side. I'll list a few: Gorgeous design. Spacious layout. Bright, luxe decore. Powerful and modern lighting and sound capability (I saw the equipment but didn't use). Welcoming and attentive staff. Ample parking. Nice bar, lobby and bathrooms. My only regret was the lack of cell service, due to the building construction (metal?). Also, the provided venue wifi was not strong enough to run our wifi enabled photo printer, so printing was sporadic. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars. Connectivity aside, this venue is a great location for upscale social or corporate events.”

“It was a Wonderful Day. A Beautiful Place to enjoy a Day with Family and Children. My Granddaughter visited with a Pony and Goat. She slid down a Hay Hill and climbed the big hay bales. We took a Hay Ride, found our tree and cut it down. We rode the Hay Ride back with our Tree and they tied it up for us while we Roasted Marshmallows and made Smores at the Fire Pit. We drank Hot Chocolate, Hot Apple Cider and relaxed at a Picnic Table while our Granddaughter Played some more. We were enjoying ourselves so much we did not want to go home. The people were so Friendly and Helpful. You are really missing something if you don't make this an Annual Christmas Tradition for your Family. We will definitely be getting our Tree this way every year from now on.”

“Hands down one of the best guest service experiences we have ever had. Charmaine at the front desk is exceptional. From the moment we called in when we arrived at the airport, to check in & throughout our stay, she made us feel welcomed, valued & taken care of. As frequent travelers, we notice great service when we see it, and Charmaine truly stands out.
Our teenage girls even mentioned how friendly she was, which is rare praise coming from teens. She goes above and beyond for guests, and how we were treated, confirmed we made the right choice staying here.
The airport shuttle was a huge plus, and the driver was super friendly. The hotel was clean & the beds were comfortable. Staying here & Ubering to the cruise port was a smarter option than paying premium prices to stay in Galveston. Highly recommend this hotel!”
“Came out to try Chicken n Pickle for the first. The staff was very friendly. The atmosphere felt great. The outside patio had shade available for our Texas heat. Plenty od courts available for pickle ball inside and out. They also have spaces available for your events.”
“My daughters birthday happened to fall on the day that Texas was apparently going to have its worse ice storm in a long time… Multiple times, Jessica from here reached out to me to keep me informed of their plans on rather they were going to stay open or close and asked what our plans were to make sure we were comfortable.
Adrian called me and said they would be open the day of and would love for our party to go on!
We arrived a few minutes early and Diego (our party host) was ready to jump in and help us set up and get the room ready!
The party was going great until the ice storm and weather knocked out the power. Unfortunately the party had to end early, but the team, Diego and Adrian made it as best as they could, given the circumstances.
If we could rate them 100 stars, we would. Very thankful for them making my daughter’s first birthday amazing, especially given the conditions that Mother Nature served us with!”

“We just hosted a heartfelt memorial for my mother-in-law, and it was an absolutely stunning event! The catering was out of this world! They even went out of their way to prepare a special vegan meal for my uncle, which was incredibly considerate. The venue had a TV for slideshows and Bluetooth surround sound for music. The outdoor patio was an absolute hit with the kids, providing a safe and fun space for them to play. I can't recommend this place enough for intimate gatherings!”

“The front desk attendants are very sweet, they greet you with smiles and always around for your needs. I’ve stayed in a hotel recently that would leave a note that they’d be back and guests were just waiting for whatever they needed. Holiday Inn is just well managed in general. Had to use 5 days to keep diamond status before the end of the year and it has a nice clean hot tub that works. Enjoyable place to lay your head.”

I went in looking for a small venue for my daughter’s XV! I got that and a lot more for a great price! And no “hidden fees”. The Owner, Norma was personal and accommodating to my needs. The owners are very nice and sweet people, quick to respond and very polite, very understanding too, the party of my daughter was a dream come true ?
I love the chandeliers they make such an elegant view.

Only two things went not so great that is the projector didn't work properly so I couldn't play the USB ?so family couldn't watch my daughter's baby pictures
and they didn't let the dj put the sparkles that I wanted.
But other than that ? % recommended ?

Loveeed Kids Creations. Not only did my son enjoy it, but my inner child enjoyed it as well. It brought back great memories from my childhood. I’m so glad activities like this are still around for my children to experience ? The staff was great and very welcoming. We especially loved Cheyenne. She was the sweetest and gave us a tour.
