Went in with a technical issue with a phone I bought direct from Samsung. Thought it was going to be a complete pain.Will was very helpful and had everything resolved in under ten minutes. No high pressure sales tactics. Just courteous and efficient help.Thanks for your help!

Moises was GREAT. He was very helpful with picking out which iPhone 15 I wanted and was able to transfer all of my info to the new phone right then and there. He even put on the screen protector and case on the new iPhone for me too.

Official store, not a retailer. We confirmed when entering, spoke to a sales rep about an online offer on our account to upgrade to an iPhone 15 with merely a trade-in+taxes and upgrade fee. (We already have an unlimited plan). We were told that the offer was for a different unlimited plan. Which I did look up and confirm, but then a few days later went on the account more thoroughly and found 2 separate offers. 1 for the other unlimited plan and one for the plan we currently have. The sales rep didn’t look at the account for more than 30 seconds. So instead of dealing with them again, I ordered both online for in-store pickup.We ended up with 2 iPhone 15pro instead of iPhone 15, both upgrades for just the taxes and $35 upgrade fees plus sending in the old devices. Our bill has not changed a dime.The rep was trying to get us to pay $415+tax and upgrade fee for each line, or get a new unlimited plan for an extra $20/month. My question to my wife was how is unlimited different.. turns out the new plan included more countries, and more high speed hotspot data, neither would benefit us.

Julio is the best! After a terrible experience at Xfinity, I found myself at Verizon in need of help and a working cell phone with only about 45 minutes before close. Julio went above-and-beyond and saved the day! He called customer support and stayed with me through the process since they couldn't complete my request solely in store. He is down-to-earth, not pushy with sales and stayed patient with my emotions (9 months pregnant and truly needed a working phone that night after Xfinity service stopped working and no fix available). Thank you Julio for making it happen and giving me the peace of mind and working cell service that I needed with less than an hour to close!

The 5 stars is SOLELY for Julio. After 2 hrs of waiting in the store for a pending order to clear(4.5 hrs total). He was the only one who stepped up and made a call to see if there was an issue, although 3 other reps including the Manager insisted I wait. Turns out there was an issue.

Bad service, the lady who answers does not like to work on everything you ask her, she says to call the service center, at no time did she want to check on the computer if she could solve what was asked of her

Got a great phone but make sure you check your add-ons and perks before they finish with your final bill of purchase. The salesman will sometimes screw you over and put things on there that you didn’t even ask for it just to increase their compensation for commission whenever you buy the phone do not fall for that trap.

Christian the manager should not be a manager. He allowed me to tug at the door several times and just looked at me and continued to doodle on his phone. After scanning the QR code on the door I found out it was closed. This Manager should have had a enough customer service training to just tell a customer non verbally from afar we are closed with hand signing. After seeing they were closed I signed no good and he finally said no and I was very disgruntled and felt disrespected, and discriminated against because if I were a Mexican or white customer I’m sure he would have treated me different. THEN I go back into the store today and I just got a replacement Id and all I have is the paper and the female employee tried to help me with my account but he refused to let me add a line to MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT for personal vendetta after I said something to him the previous day about his unprofessional conduct and so his retaliation was denying my access to my account and for that reason I amGoing to be looking for another carrier soon! Employees like that only care about certain people and others they treat like trash and disrespect. That’s not cool and that’s not right. Standing in that sun tugging on the door is hard for me because of my side effects from chemo and radiation but jerks like that don’t know and don’t care cuz of the color of your skin.

This will be a mixed review. My salesperson was great! I gave him a great review. I even went back the next day, and he tried to help me with the FB app. He couldn't help but did try. But I soon discovered that the data transfer I paid $30 for my salesperson to complete, resulted in the loss of many contacts and / or phone numbers. I tried contacting my salesperson, but his VM was full, and my text went unanswered. This has caused a lot of problems for me. I paid for a service I did not receive. I should be credited. So be sure you check through some contacts before you leave the store after a data transfer.

The absolute best Verizon in store experience I have had in my entire life. I came in and the store was super busy. And Will greeted me extremely fast and say just give me 5 min and I'll be right with you. And he was on it. He was extremely friendly and over the top courteous and we had a great conversation and he had me in and out in under 15 min and he took care of all my concerns and issues and had my number ported over in under 15 min and his customer service was over the top excellent. Thank you so much will for taking care of me the way you did ??

A wonderful person name Jay V. treated me like the most important person in Houston. Wow, he bailed me out so quickly and answered every question I had. I was most impressed when I tried to leave him a tip and he stated that violated company policy. Wow again. Seek help from Jay if u need quality and compassionate assistance. Ss
