I love Versona. Mainly bc they have small sizes, specifically 00. Express stopped carrying that size. I had passed by Versona a 100 times at Baybrook Mall and never thought to go in. One day, I was looking for jeans and work slacks. I am so glad I finally tried them out.I really like how they have the store arranged by outfits, same style and color so you can mix and match. Very nice styles, feminine, classy with fun items as well. I have also purchased gifts items there that have a positive theme.Regarding customer service, I have always received excellent help, so the previous negative reviews, they evidently have resolved it.

Staff very unprofessional been there 3 times and never did I get a welcome in or do u need some help all 3 times they were looking at me weird because I had on my hijab. I love the clothes but not the service

I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied on the way Versona handles their online orders. Beware if you make one as you will be charged to return your item and required to also pay taxes on your shipping return label. The entire process of a refund is incredibly slow and I have never dealt with so many fees and a refund that takes up to 60 days! Will definitely not ever place an order again.
