I wish I could give this pharmacy zero stars. The staff I’ve dealt with have consistently been rude and unhelpful. Most recently, I had questions about my toddler’s prescription. After it was already filled and sealed, the pharmacist took the bag, opened it, and even broke the seal on my child’s medicine without explaining why. When I asked what she was doing, she became defensive and upset with me instead of offering an explanation. It truly feels like no one working here cares about their patients or even wants to be there. Every visit has been worse than the last, and I will be switching pharmacies immediately. If you value your time, peace of mind, and your family’s health, avoid this location.

I LOVE the staff at my 5002 League City CVS! They remember me! My orders are always accurate and they answer my questions!

I go to this Walgreens all the time for random items, makeup, as well as prescriptions. Recently I had strep and they knew I was waiting and the pharmacy filled my antibiotic really quickly even though they were super busy because they saw I was miserable. The front desk is always so kind when I can't find an item or I need something price checked. I really love this Walgreens and the one on 2351 in Friendswood.

There is always an issue or delay or they only partially fill it. Never get a critical prescription filled here. They ate not dependable.

Drive thru takes 15 min per car. Even the inside pharmacy takes a ridiculous amount of time. with so many choices, I am changing pharmacies

The pharmacy is absolutely awful! They will tell me my medicine is ready and then when I come to pick it up all of a sudden it's mysteriously gone. The pharmacist just stands their and looks at you like your some kind of idiot and offers 0 help. The Walgreens computer answer machine is way more competent than these pharmacists!

5 or 6 in the drive thru prescription line, so I go in. I think it is faster and better for the environment. The people in the pharmacy work so hard and are always nice. I like that Walgreens calls when my auto prescriptions are ready. Clean store with just what you need!

prescriptions are rarely ready, even if you autofill & call ahead. i wish i could go anywhere else in the world with my insurance!!!!

Less of a pharmacy, more of a Covid 19 test site now. Drive thru will have 5-10 cars in it, forcing you to go inside, only to wait in a 5-10 person line. Get your prescriptions filled elsewhere

This Walgreens is not like any other that i've seen. The inside is so bright and displays are clean, well organized. I love coming here for skin care products because the selection is very wide. Also, great location and very friendly and helpful staff.

Workers in the pharmacy have zero respect for customers time. 1 person in front of me..waited forever...worker behind the counter finally told the lady standing there to have a seat and she would be called. I walked up he asked me my name...pulled my perscription right away..set it on the counter and walked off.after a few mins i look over where hes at. Hes printing out papers and stapeling them like im not standing there. I was more than irritated when he cam back without any of the papers that he had been working on. He left me standing there for quite some time for no reason. ZERO RESPECT!

Has anybody else had an issue with this pharmacy where they said "your insurance doesn't cover it" and try to charge you full price? This happened twice, to me and my girlfriend. We both had to call our insurance only to find out that our prescriptions was covered and the charges were already processing on their end.
