We went in for our 3rd oil change today. We checked out and hopped in the truck and my husband checked everything out. He noticed the oil was still really dark and low.He realized they didn’t even change the oil. So he checked the receipt and it said “Oil change denied due to leak”.He went to talk with them and the mechanic explained that there’s a small leak in the gasket and they can’t do oil changes for vehicles that have leaks. Which we understand. But m husband asked why then we were able to get an oil change 2 months ago but not now. He said he didn’t know. Then he asked why no one came and talked with us or even told us the oil change COULDNT be done. He said it’s the customers responsibility to look at their receipt and check.Seriously. You’re the mechanic. It is your job to inform us of issues or what work you did or DID NOT do.

I went there three times to change my tires and each time was given an excuse. First, they said it was too late (it was 3 PM). Then, I went the next day at 12 PM and they said there were no appointments lefts. I then scheduled an appointment for Sunday at 9 AM. I went there and then they told me my car was too close to the floor and they cannot change it like that. Note they had seen my car all the other times I went and they did not say anything about the car being too close to the floor. It looks to me that they just don’t want to work!

I bought two new tires. I had a spare on the front and one on the back with two plugs. I said, replace those with my new ones, and rotate them so the two new ones are in the front. They had NO idea what I meant and I had to explain it slower four times. Then I got my new tires, paid, and left. I drove to a location about 12-15 miles away. As I was pulling in,I could hear the tire going bad again. I got out and saw one of my brand new tires that just got 45 minutes ago was flat. So I brought it back in and someone said they didn’t tighten the valve stem. They tried everything to blame it on me. They said “I drove too long” on it but I only drove 15 miles max and they knew I had literally just been there. Then they tried to say I drove 15 miles on a flat. There was no way lol- I noticed it going bad at the end of my trip. They replaced it free of charge, but kept giving me this tough a SS attitude like they wanted to pick a fight. I kept my cool and turned on the recording several times just in case. When I went to pick it up, he tried to ask for my ID. Lol they never ask for ID to pick up your car. I said, my ID is in the car. Then he simply asked if my name was Dani and I said yes and he “let me go” like he was some kind of cop. Lol get over yourselves, you were in the wrong here.

Nancy C. - Battery Tech Service Writer 9/16/23. Nancy knew exactly how to change out a battery in the right way that I had replaced Saturday. Professional and clean cut. No screaming or rude comments. Job well done. I will use this Walmart for all my Auto service needs going forward because it is safe and out of harms way! Good neighborhood!

On Sunday June 04, 2023 They refuse to change my tyre and battery because they don't have employees for work. I went their at 2pm and they suppose to open till 7pm but without employee's. I request management to just simply close your Auto service for Sunday instead giving trouble to your customers.Service: Battery

Horrible customer service. Told me I didn’t have a tire leak when I did, I got stuck on the highway. Told me to make an appointment and sent me away when the shop is empty. Don’t stay open until the hours advertised and aren’t available at 7am for tires like they advertise.

It's 9 AM on a Wed. Called to inquire if they do alignments. Phone rang for 3 minutes and 6 seconds with no answer. Then it just quit ringing.Previously went a couple of weeks back to this same store, got there about 5 PM on a weekday for an oil change. There was only one other car in any of the bays. They took my info, and I went in the store to shop. Within minutes they called and said they couldn't do an oil change b/c I have an oil leak. I went to the auto area and I questioned this b/c I do not have an oil leak on the ground in my driveway nor where I park at my job. She (the cashier) said it could just be a small leak, and maybe a seal needs to be changed. They did not offer a repair or solution, and the paper they gave me said cannot do an oil change until leak is repaired. Odd they didn't offer to fix the problem since they are an auto repair center.Went to Jiffy Lube a couple of days later, paid a whole lot more, even with their coupon, but oil change was done! No mention of an oil leak.Seems to me, WalMart just didn't want to work. Sad, b/c Iwent to this same store for the last oil change before this one, and was pleasantly surprised how quickly I was in and out. Seems very hit and miss with WalMart auto. Don't know if it is a management issue? Or the staff? Or if it's from corporate? But highly disappointed.

I needed a car battery, they told me they "can't look up batteries" and they have to see the battery in-person to see if they have it in stock. Ok, so my only question is what the **** are these employees smoking at this store? Went to a competitor to buy the battery I needed. Would give negative stars if possible.

Went there for an oil change two days later the drain plug came out and was never properly torqued dumping all my oil out. Thankfully I was somewhere I could immediately shut the engine off or it could have blown my engine.

DO NOT GET TIRES FROM WALMART!!!! I went to walmart to get a brand new set of 4 tires. I was over due and there tires are decently priced. For a 5 year guaranteed set of tires it was roughly 380$ for the tires which is a great price! Thats why I gave them one star just because of the price. I set an appointment for 10 am and I got there at 9:40 I like to be early. I understand if they don't start working on the car until 10 because thats when my appointment was. However, it took them almost 4 hours to work on my tires! I have no other vehicle so I was stuck at walmart on a Wednesday morning while it was not busy while they worked on my tires. Not only did it take forever, but the technician had no idea what he was doing!!! I was charged for a replacement set of 7 lug-nuts, I did not think anything of it at the time until one day my front two tires started shaking out of no where! I could not go above 15 miles per hour! It felt like my wheels were about to fall off! I called a local business and he said he would take a look at my tires. He told me Walmart put the wrong lug nuts on my car!! They didn't even put lug nuts!! THEY PUT BOLTS ON MY CAR!! I have to use 45 to commute to work and home every day and if I did not catch this I could have died! My tires could have fallen off my vehicle! I had to go to a local tire shop and spend 80$ on a new set of lug-nuts! When I called the walmart auto center I was blown off and the gentleman told me "he was too busy" to handle my situation and call back later. I called back two hours later and the gentleman said he would reimburse me for the lug-nuts. They made me sign papers that I have no idea what they even said, they took complete advantage of me because I'm a young women. PLEASE BEWARE AND DO NOT GET TIRES FROM WALMART!!! Spend the extra money and go to discount tire. At least you know they wont try and take advantage of you and you will be safe!

They broke the air filter and cap on my car when I went to them for an oil change in May. Said they couldn’t service my car September until it was proven they were the last ones to perform the oil change. They took $2 off the service and did not complete it in full. I had to go to another mechanic to finish the service and replace the part they broke, which cost me an extra money.
