I am a patient person, but I spent my entire lunch hour waiting for one item in the pick up area that I was told was ready and still did not get my item because I had to go back to work and then I've come back and I have been sitting here for 45 minutes and still don't have my item. i've seen multiple cars come and go and I've talked to multiple employees all of which have said they would get it out to me. I still don't see my item. this Walmart sucks and I will never order from them again.

Worst pick up experience ever. 45 minutes wait!!!! Called them multiple times and even talked to the worker. Not helpful.

When my fiance and I went the other day they were very crowded. They had two food trucks out in the parking lot for some sort of celebration, and BOTH of the women's bathrooms were closed! My fiancè had to hold it till we got to Whataburger.

My mom went to this Walmart at 4:30pm 6/2/22 and was robbed in the parking lot of this Walmart and the manager was not able to assist in any way. They need to have police outside this facility for everyone's protection. A Walmart associate informed me that another single women with a baby was robbed the same way just a few days ago. Corporate needs to be involved to prevent robberies at this facility. I will not come back here ever. For my safety .

Pick up service is ridiculous, waited 40mins past my pick up time (after having checked in) before someone finally came to ask my name. Ordered ahead to save time and ended up wasting more time than I would have if I had just gone in the store after work. THE WORST!! Would rate 0 if I could.

I just made a purchase for delivery and I didn't receive all items but they still charged my card, as if I received my whole order. Do not deliver. I repeat do not deliver. I've called and no ones answering the phones to try and speak to a customer service rep to get my money back. But nothing. No response. DO NOT PURCHASE FOR DELIVERY

I had purchased a PlayStation code and immediately went home to redeem it, I was immediately met with an error message saying the code was no longer available and went to check if it had redeemed and it hadn't so I tried three more times to no avail. After that I went to return it with video proof and all they did was point at the number on the card and told me to call it as if I hadn't tried that before. If I could rate it zero stars I would hands down. Take away from this is that Walmart can't even be remotely helpful and that they sell false products with hardly a shred of a return policy

I had someone STEAL the front vent off my car in the parking lot. Then I went to customer service and no one was there. When someone finally showed up I didn't even get to speak with a manager it was just an oh well situation to them. Thanks a lot. Never go here unless you want your car pieces stolen off. Guess I should be thankful they didn't break in.

35 minutes in line. Cashier says they have more people available to open more lines but managers won't do it because they are trying to force customers to use the self checkout. Says they are in effect training plus to do it ourselves so they can do away with cashiers. I dont work there and I'll NEVER shop there again. Next they will want us to unload trucks and stock shelves. I'm done.

This place has worsened over the years. I've lived in the area 20 years plus and shopped here since I was in high school. Just today I was there in the self checkout (because there is never any cashiers at the registers of course ) , when I scanned the plums . A lady comes to me and asked if I scanned my avocados as plums , insinuating that I'm stealing of course. Not only are you forced to scan your own groceries, you are then accused of stealing. This is why HEB and target will always be better than Walmart , because at least they focus on customer service.

The workers from furniture section are lazy and don't want to help and give you attitude . And it was only because I needed to look for an item and a worker told me" we don't have it go somewhere else"

LAZY workers who don't bother to help you with a simple request and on top of that give you attitude , all 3 employees were rude and helpless , this store needs to retrain their workers .

I abandoned my full cart of groceries. They just had self checkout and one human teller. Utterly ridiculous. I dont do self checkout ever and the lines for both were endless. Enjoy it peasants.
