Could be the worst Walmart in the USA, not sure haha. Online grocery is so bad, you pay extra for Walmart + but you never actually get the items you ordered. Then online grocery just blames it on the driver and refuse to be any help. Will take my talents to online grocery at HEB ?

Cornelius in the outdoor garden center section needs better customer service. He is annoyed when I asked questions about pricing. He is so lazy to help customers. A big disappointment. He made my shopping experience cringe worthy. If I can put negative zero with my ratings I will. He is not a good fit with Walmart which is the neighborhood store. Lots of customers who goes to the garden center want peace and happiness but avoid going to Walmart in EL Dorado if you want your visit to be pleasant and rewarding.

We stopped at this WM store while visiting Houston, TX. It’s ok. It’s located in a convenient area. The parking lot needs to be completed asap! The store inside looks like they are doing a revamp. Clearance aisle has really good stuff. Front restrooms are closed for maintenance so you have to go the back restrooms. Those back restrooms need improvement asap! They look dirty, outdated and don’t even have paper to pat dry your hands. The store looks very outdated. Surprisingly this WM still has a McDonalds inside.

Walmart delivery is spot on. However, for some reason, 2 things were left out of my last delivery and scheduled for pickup. I went to pick them up and clicked the "on my way" button. When I got there it was very busy in the pickup area I had to wait for a parking place. Tried to check in... no way to do it from the app I have on my phone, which I used to order. Tried multiple times to call posted phone numbers, calls go straight to voicemail, where there is a recording FROM DECEMBER giving holiday hours and no way to leave a message. People were bringing out their orders themselves. I couldn't do that, I'm physically not able, so I cancelled the order.
COME ON WALMART, YOU CAN DO WAY BETTER!!!
