“I went to the store yesterday because I was already at the mall and needed to ask a question. The employee (Jess) who answered my questions yesterday was absolutely fantastic and didn’t seem bothered by my 3 year old who was speaking very loudly. I went back today to the Baybrook location to resolve an issue with discoloration of an item purchased less than 6 months ago and again the same employee was exceptionally kind, understanding and helpful after the 2 individuals I dealt with at the Texas City outlet were completely the opposite. Every time I have been in the Baybrook store has always been a positive experience even when I may walk out without purchasing a new item.”

“It’s not often that I write a review…. But in this case it seems only fitting (pun intended). I went to Buckle earlier and received absolute top notch service from Jasmine.
I have a very hard time finding jeans that fit well, and she brought me several pairs that fit perfectly in no time. I will legitimately go back here just to have her help me pick jeans.

“Nora is amazing!!! I walked in the store, she greeted me and could tell I needed help.. I explained to her how I just left 2 other stores in the mall because I felt the fitting was off. I gave her the sizes they recommended and she immediately knew what I needed just by that and looking at me (they were two totally different opinions/sizes). She did a fitting of her own and this confirmed it. She further asked what was I looking for in the bra and gave me just that. I tried on the bras and they were literally the PERFECT fit, the FIRST time around. I thanked her tremendously bc she understood my frustration and how overwhelming the whole bra shopping process is. I explained to her how I had such a horrible experience at another Soma location so this is my 1st successful purchase. She wasn’t pushy, gave me the space I needed, educated me, and answered every question I had. I didn’t know if I was going to purchase anything initially but I walked out with 2 bras and felt amazing about it because I was confident they fit, thanks to Norma.I will definitely make the drive to this location again just for her expertise. She definitely deserves a raise and a promotion!! (I hope I am referencing the correct employee, I didn’t catch her name but it’s on the receipt and there were 2 ppl working. She was hispanic)”
