Why would you close fitting rooms during business hours? You had plenty of employees standing around chatting to have them work it.

Drove across town to make an exchange. Doors were already locked before 5:50p for a 6p close. Employees were inside but ignored us. Not helpful at all. Needs new management. What a waste of time. If they are going to lock doors before closing there needs to be clear signage. (These employees were at the lawn entrance of the store when we were directed by another shopper that we were at the entryway entrance and we could try by the lawn - unfortunately with no luck).

Don't accept returns made from online purchases. You have to pay $4 to get a return label and ship it back.

I love Zara every since first discovering this store in Spain back in 2009. This particular location is well stocked with all the lasted Zara fashion. I went a week ago on a Saturday and just about every corner of this store had something catchy in which I could not resist. I returned the following Sunday because I know Zara is constantly restocking and rotating their stock and surely they had restocked and replenished the necklace accessories. The employees employees were awesome. Although they only had one checkout counter open in the women’s section, they the long checkout line moved pretty fast. The variety of options for fashion at this location is unlimited. I almost felt like this was a store in Spain because of how well it was set up and stocked! Good job!

Rude inattentive and discriminatory. I will never shop at this location again. There were a lot of employees working in the store none of them spoke. When seeking to find some thing in the store I approached an employee asking for help to find that item and her demeanor presented as if I was bothering her. She looks up she points in the direction of where it is and then looks back down and continues what she was doing. Another person approached her and she was super friendly explaining details and walking the person to what he wanted. Been here several times since and only had one person that provided really good service. However seems she is no longer working there. I will not be shopping here again.

I went today 09/12/23 @ 11:30 am. Customer service at this place is HORRENDOUS, I love ZARAs clothing because I feel they fit me just right and make me feel better about myself since I'm a very slim guy, but anyways while I was looking for my items the two guys working the floor didn't greet or ask to help which it's ok until I asked if they had a smaller size of a shirt I had in my hand then he replied that's all we got without asking any other questions or recommendations ? then I proceeded to pay for all my items and they watch me there standing at the register without saying anything until I asked them, they said go on the other side... this register is closed, so I did, and then the cashier was fixing some items by the register so I waited to be acknowledged for about good 5min until I asked if there was a cashier and she replied "I am" but that was it and she continued doing what she was doing that's when I got really upset and talk to this other employee putting clothes on the rack and told her my situation with the cashier she just replied "...and what you want me to do? The manager is over there go talk to her" she showed me her manager, but before I went to see the manager I asked the lady "what is your name? she replied "WE DONT GIVE OUR NAMES TO PEOPLE" I was really bothered so so I'm curious...if you are trying to make a sale as an employee there you have to be anonymous and don't disclose your name...? so how do you make your sale?.Then I got to the Manager Celia and told her my situation, and she pretty much said "ok, I'll take care of it" no apologies or any other questions. This employees feel entitled to treat you like trash. They honestly feel like they OWN the store and can do whatever they wanna do, including disrespecting customers or even discriminate against if that's the case. EVERY EMPLOYEE I SPOKE TO THERE HAD HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SKILLS INCLUDING THEIR MANAGER.

We love Zara for our kids. It is definitely higher in price than we typically want to spend, so trips to here are limited. But they do have good quality clothing.

Stood in the return line for over 5 mins while cashiers helped ppl in check out line. No person acknowledged my presence and only after questioning they told me return lines come last to purchase line as if I were to already know that policy.

My wife returned some items today. It took over 10 minutes for the young lady to process the returns. She did everything but go to the floor and hang each item up before processing the next returned item. Fortunately, there was no one behind us waiting. I'll be discouraging my wife from ordering from Zara online in an attempt to avoid the morass that is the Zara in-store return process.

The end of the season sale by far my favorite. The store was clean. They had a lot of the items that were unavailable on the website. I was able to take my time in the dressing room. Unfortunately, there are no staff available to help you find anything. It's basically dig for yourself.

To the male cashier at the kids department today, customers do not know white socks are indicators of the start of the line. If you want the line to start where the white socks are, please put up a sign. I hope you feel bigger after yelling over nothing.

Thanks so much to the manager Crista who helped me resolve an issue with an online order that I had never received. She took all the information and contacted the correct department so that a credit was issued within 8 hours . Very nice and professional- great customer service- thank you !

Arrived at the store an hour before closing time. Went straight in grabbed the bathing suits I wanted to check out. I had already looked at them online prior to coming in. Asked the lady standing around for a fitting room and she said they were CLOSED. I asked why? Because it’s almost closing time. What a joke of customer service!!

Store closes at 8pm but at 7:30 they won't let you try on clothes because they are "getting ready to clean them". Working and customer service is def not part of the culture for this store. Wonder if corporate knows how much in sales they are forfeiting because the staff wants to get out early. My sale was at least $500. How many times a week does this happen with x amount of customers? They must pay these employees too well to care about sales. Sad.
