Allsups have always been a comfort stop for me. Living in NM all my life, there was one always around the corner. The burritos are FANTASTIC. The chimis are great as well. Do t hesitate to stop by one!! TX needs more Allsups!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Usually stop at Allsup's to use the restroom and grab a drink while traveling. I've been to over 40 of them all over New Mexico and West Texas and this one is by far the worst one. The interior of the store is very dirty and the men's restroom floor was covered in feces. There are no toilet paper dispensers in the restroom stalls and no toilet paper anywhere. There is another review here that was posted 8 months ago that states the exact same thing. It's been almost a year and the problem still hasn't been fixed. It's clear the place suffers from bad upper management, the owner lacks work ethic, decency, and even integrity because the other 5 and 4 star reviews here must be fake. I walked out without buying anything and made sure to wipe my shoes on the ground outside as it's cleaner than the store. It's worse in person than in pictures.

Men’s restroom always needs toilet paper and only one stall has a paper dispenser. Toilets are always dirty along with the floor. No paper towels to dry your hands. Hot cocoa has been needing a refill for a while now nothing but hot water comes out of the dispenser. The older gentleman in the morning never uses the application mudflap because he says he doesn’t know how so if you’re a truck driver and use mudflap for a discount don’t count on him to help you out with that.

Hispanic lady at register at Allsups in Friona store 1411 Rita very rude and unprofessional.Man at deli waiting for attendant to order burritos and what not lady completely ignored him she needs a lesson in manners

Does not handle food properly ,they obviousley were never taught to use gloves when handling the food, not trained to have enough experience to be left alone throughout the night, very inexperienced ..cannot multitask, needs more training with money orders ,....didn't want to call other allsups for help when needed .. had to scan my own stuff..

I stopped through on my way to New Mexico to get fuel and lunch. I usually stop at the Valero down the street, but couldn't wait this time. The restroom and store were the most appalling things I have ever smelled/seen, and I travel a lot, I've seen it all. The entire gas station smelled like a sewer and death. I lost my appetite walking from the restroom to the front door. Food all over the floors, old soda sticking to the counters. Flies everywhere. There was unstocked merchandise and trash laying in all of the walk ways, dark and dingy. A very somber lady standing at the counter that didn't acknowledge my existence. Felt like a scene from the Texas Chainsaw Massacre. I paid at the pump for my gas and left. Quickly.

The deep fryer oil had not been changed, as it reeked of burnt old fried food. We could smell it on our clothing after. The restrooms were filthy, the toilet paper was on top of the nasty dirty toilet lid, and the paper towels were on the sink all wet. The toilet had hair and dirt where ever I could see. There was puddles of liquid in front of the toilet. It was so gross that I went to check the men's to use, and it had smelt worse of urine.
