“Shipping/Receiving office is through glass door next to dock door 20. It's a little tight unless you're docking at the end, door 22, which was my door luckily. Every one I dealt with was nice & courteous. I was going to be made to wait, parking across from dock doors but just as I was leaving another lady came in & asked me if I had a door. I said no & she gave me a door that she had just cleared out.My appointment time was 2:30pm.I arrived at 1pm.I was fully loaded (41000lbs) with bills in hand by 3pm.”
