“Canceled” my membership 6 months ago because I was going to college, they charged me $16 to cancel. 3 months ago I started getting charged again for the membership and only noticed last month, I went in to see and they said I never had my account canceled and charged me another $16 to cancel. Well over $50 spent for a membership that was supposed to have been canceled

Crunch Frisco is in a very convenient location, literally walking distance from home. The staff is amazing and very friendly specially Alycea and chacha! ☺️
