If you are thinking of renting an apartment here be prepared to look at this trash everyday! Terrible property upkeep! You can’t even park in the parking spots because the trash is everywhere, which brings rats and other animals! This apartment complex is terrible!

Terrible. Dog feces and trash all over. Bad management. They won’t work with you they’ll only price gouge you at any chance. Would put zero stars if I could. Don’t fall into the trap of living here.

Been here for about 4 months now and I do like living here . Nice community. The new property management company has been working on upgrading and making the needed improvements

Management is okay, the new ones are a little responsive, however the people litter here and there, make a beautiful community so bad and dirty, wish the management would start charging fines to preserve the beauty of this place. There is a huge lack of security, they really need to install security cameras at least. Work orders are answered but damn late. The only reason we decided to stay back is accessible trails and spacious apartments.

A good building layout of apartment complex. Very huge area and nicely maintained. Garbage removal at the rear portion of the building 3 needs some attention to maintain cleanliness. Club house facility is amazing with gym & swimming pool facility for the residents.

No one is answering calls, system is set up to disconnect calls after routing to agent immediately.
Not sure what is going on !
Full of maintenance issues, management keeps changing, they keep saying your issue is not an emergency. They don’t even care anymore.
They keep charging you left and right though.
It used to be a good place , it’s becoming worse with every change of management.

Moving from a house to 4 Corners was an adjustment but living here has made that transition so much easier! We have lived here for almost a year and absolutely love it! With so many new, great amenities and updates and McCord park right behind, the dog park and dog wash on the property, a large courtyard for families and kids to hang out and play, and so many great restaurants and shopping near by, this was the perfect spot for us!

I have had very very bad experience with the receptionist. They close at 5 pm cst and we were there 30 minutes before the closing time. And she is not ready to atleast recieve or go over the details. All she said was to go online and check for the prices. I will never ever think to come to this community.

Roaches, porch pirate neighbors, dog poop everywhere. No a/c for 7 days. Do NOT recommend.

Moved in 3 weeks ago, have been requesting a garage for 2 weeks called numerous times and stopped by the office. One of the new staff ladies ensured me that they would be assigning a garage to me asap. A week later I still haven't heard anything from anyone regarding my request. Now I don't have a car anymore because my car was taken because it wasn't in a garage. They suck !!

I have had visited this place before I moved in (to my relatives home) and thought it would be a convenient place for us for many reasons. They have postponed my moving dates which I had to stay in a temporary accommodation and get into this.
Since the day we came in (2months) I have raised only two service requests. One got responded in 3 days and the other isn’t responded since a week. I really don’t like the response they give to me. They take the complaint and talk as if they understood and about to work on it but nothing happens in reality.
Bad decision !

Recently submitted a application for leasing the apartment and paid
Online Application Fee $75.00
Online Admin/Move In Fee $150.00
Later had to cancel the application due to personal reason. When I checked with office staff at least what I heard is if I cancel within 14 days I will not get the application fee but will get back the admin/move in fee. But that was not the case. They did not give my admin fee $150 back. And they also told me that I was the one who misheard. Not at all happy with this. But otherwise they were good when I was touring the property initially.
