Been going to this location for a long time and realized they never offer you a receipt for purchases, you have to ask every time. Then just recently realized that this location almost NEVER has paper at the gas pump to print receipts (you have to walk in and ask everytime). The reason for this isn't just because they are lazy and incompetent. It's because the owner/manager is petty & cheap. Trying to save a couple dollars on receipt paper is sad and pathetic. Hope the money your saving is worth it because the $100 a week average I spend at this location will now be spent at another gas station (not 7-eleven).

The owner of the store is very rude. I came to get ice cup and he refused to serve me and told me to get out or else he will forcefully remove from the store. He also said if I'll come back again he will damage my car. He started calling me names and was being racist and very disturbing

Corner sign has gas price Regular $4.37. False advertising. Gas is actually 4.69. When asked about it, manager said sign is wrong and they can’t fix it. It’s a digital sign…turn it off. I would call that “Bait and Switch”!

It's my understanding that 7-11 locations are 24 hour stores. Yet when I go to the one on Hillcrest almost every morning, the doors are always locked at 4am. I see a person walk around and ignore me when I knock. To me it's unprofessional but I have no problem taking my money to another store.

Have been out less during the past several months. Although I have bought a cup of coffee occasionally at 7-11, to my knowledge yesterday was the first time I have paid $1.79 plus tax for a small coffee (that was very obviously NOT a recent brew). I now read something about the $1 cup being part of a REWARDS PROGRAM. No thanks, I don’t need another tracking program. I don’t need 7-11 less tan average coffee OR their gas.

Keep the restrooms to themselves, first They turn the men's restroom into "employee only" restroom, which by the way they kept way cleaner than the other restroom, now both are unavailable like if they won't take any dumps during their shifts! Smh

Gas pump didn't work properly on prepay. Went in to discuss and got terrible service. The manager argued with me and told me I was wrong, even though the needle for my gas tank never moved. Will never give them my business again.

This is a great gas station. Sometimes the pumps can be a little slow but the workers are friendly.

Like most 7-11, don't expect much. They're usually running out of coffee in the morning, and they seem to never refill or make fresh. They also don't stock splenda sweetener. What's with that? If it weren't for the no-fee atm, the amazon lockers, and the fact that it's so close, I wouldn't go here. But the employees are always nice, and friendly Fix the coffee problems and I'll be back more and update my review to a better score.

This gas station in particular is terrible. I was sold the wrong item and then was refused a refund afer I had already made my purchase. The transaction number was 1017760. The transaction date was 11/29/18 at 7:51 AM. What a joke.
