Refrain from going to this location. Even if you are a paying customer and treat the staff with kindness, they will be ignorant and start an argument with you. I had purchased a bottle of water and used their restroom for five minutes. The store owner then starts banging on the door for me to get out. I left the restroom, and the store was completely empty along with the store owner. Fast forward a bit later, I came back in, and he then started berating me about using the restroom for 20 years and coming back a third time. I then started explaining that there was someone in the restroom before me for 15 minutes. He continued to complain about the situation and stated he was making conversation. I leave angrily, but I don't cause any trouble to impede any sales that were taking place. If anyone receives any unfair treatment from this location, please be sure to report it to corporate as I will be doing so myself.

I'd give zero star, or negative five stars, if I could, so Google saves this location. Absolutely terrible cashier/owner or whatever he is, just told me to shut up because I tried to be friendly and "talked too much". He tried to make it sound like I couldn't pay for a refill. Nope not just a bad day for him it feels like, based on the other reviews this location has gathered.

If I could give zero stars, I would! I just had an interaction with the cashier (black man) that has definitely made me decide to absolutely NEVER come to this 7-11 ever again! I have never been treated with such disrespect and rudeness from a person! I used to come here with my fellow workers quite frequently for our lunch break to get snacks and drinks and such. But after today, I will never be coming back! The actions of this one person has made me decide to never come back! If you have any amount of self respect, NEVER GO HERE!

7 elevn should really look into this store. I just saw someone got verbally abused by the cashier and customer was not at fault[ update] i wrote a detailed report and no response . Sounds like 7 eleven is okay with treating customers bad. They are not getting my business anymore

I walked in to get a coffee for my bf and myself. My bf has diabetes and I have ulcerative colitis. We can not have sugary creamers. Just a bit of half and half. All of the creamer options were sweetened. Which was fine. There was no one around to ask to I went to leave - no biggie. As I opened the door to go and man asked if I needed anything. I asked ' do you not have any half and half? I didn't see it'. He throws a hand up (talk to the hand style) and in an hasty voice - without addressing my genuine question- says 'have a good day'. I paused 'why are you being rude? I'm asking if you have this, it is why I'm not getting anything' again he (talk to the hand) puts a hand up and very loudly and rudely repeats 'I SAID HAVE A GOOD DAY'. Wow. What a jerk. lol it's fine. I won't be back for this kind of business owner, as they have plenty of customers to not care about being nice; there are plenty of gas stations to go to instead. Go somewhere else. The inside (floors, drink station, fresh food area, etc.) was dirty. The restroom was downright nasty. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, if not months. Not anywhere close to typical 7-11 standards.

A black guy at the counter (Cashier) is very very rude. I just asked him about the variations of the wash. He didn’t explain me and he was very rude. Every time I go here., I supposed to see him. He is completely dis respecting. If customer don’t get value or respect , you gonna loose your valued customers

Very rude clerk, when the credit card was not working at the pump, we went in to get charged inside, but the clerk refused ro believe and insisted that i was not swiping the card properly and when we were explaining the situation he refused and said i will not serve you.
