No acknowledgement whatsoever from the cashier this morning on Black Friday. Walked up to the register and there she was, texting away not even looking up at us. She eventually lifted her head, put her phone down and said “what do you want”? We left because of her ignorance and attitude.Response: I emailed the email indicated and heard nothing.

Please recruit a staff who knows to greet, smile and attend the customers rather being busy texting! Also update your Sunday store open hour to noon and not 11am since it was not open until noon.

Hi,I placed an online order of two footwear and upon which I collected one of them before as there was delay with another one. The one which I had collected, didn’t like them so I went to return and the lady at the counter didn’t accept the return and to which I am very upset and also I didn’t pick up the second one as I was very unhappy with the customer service. Now, I got an email saying that my second pair was picked up which I didn’t. I can’t reach out to the customer service through the automatic chat option or through the toll free number. Need help on this. M attaching the pictures of the shoes which I want to return but were not accepted for return.

Terrible service! I had just purchased multiple pairs of shoes from Aldo’s website and when I went to the Aldo at Stonebriar mall to pick them up and try them on, the staff just stared at me and acted like they didn’t want to help me. They were all on their cellphones and not interested in helping me. I even told them I was there for a pickup and they ignored me. I have never felt so uncomfortable and discriminated against in my life.I like the shoes but I will never buy from this location. If you are looking for customer service go elsewhere.

I will explain the reasoning for the 1 Star Review, if I could give zero stars I would!I went into the Aldo store in the Stonebriar Center Mall in Frisco, Texas. I had purchased a pair of boots in another Aldo store in the Houston area during the Black Friday Sale. Upon returning home, I decided I needed a bigger size and ordered that size online, however; I did not receive the same pricing on the bigger size that I purchased on Black Friday due to it being an online purchase. I took both pairs of boots into the Frisco Store including both receipts. I returned the smaller size and asked the sales associate, Gabrielle, if I could get the bigger size for the Black Friday price - same boots with receipt and within 30 days of original purchase. She told me that she could only give me the current selling price for the bigger size. I explained that I wanted the lower price since it was the same boots. The sales associate would not consider the lower price. I explained that it was the same pair of boots. I asked her why would I return them then in which she replied, I don’t know, why would you?” I told her, “I don’t understand, it is the exact same shoe just a different size.” At that time another male associate emerged from the back and said “that’s just the way it is”. I told them “I will not be shopping with Aldo in the future if that is the case”. The male associate replied “that will be fine with us”. At that point my husband, who had been silently waiting with me told the male associate that it was very rude to speak to a customer in that manner. The male associate said “Oh well”. My husband told the male associate that he would be telling everyone he knew about the negative experience in the store. The male associate responded “That would be great”.Majority of retail stores honor the lower selling price if it is the same exact item just a different size and within a reasonable time frame. It had not even been a month!This behavior and manner of speaking to customers is unacceptable. I myself work in retail and would never speak to customers in this way. I received a survey request in my email from my return regarding my experience. I completed the survey but have not received a response regarding this matter.

Today we went to return a shoe that we bought online because the shoe was too tight . The lady in the store did not bother to come and ask if we need any help. She was d**** When we asked her if the store have a brown color shoe that we liked ,she kept brining black color shoe and she also bought wrong shoe .She did that like 4 times. She even took 30 mins to make a return and she returned wrong transaction. I think management should hire people with good knowledge .No wonder that store is always empty.

I enjoyed my shopping experience with Angelica. She gave me a warm greeting as soon as I arrived into the store and asked me if she could help me find anything I informed her that I know exactly what I was looking for and that I would have to order them online because my shoe size is not carry in store. After letting her know that I was looking for a black stiletto she showed me several different options and styles that I would like, I appreciate her showing me multiple styles instead of just letting me order the shoe that I was looking for. Her manager then stepped in and explained to me a plastic grip that can be placed on the bottom of the shoe to prevent slipping. I would recommend taking a little more detail and care with shipping the shoes as the top of the box was destroyed.

Located inside the Mall. The location is wheelchair accessible with a good selection of shoes. Staff are friendly and happy to show you and try on different shoes. Usually has a discount which the staff are open about which is great and share a number of recommendations.

I understand that there was only one worker but she completely ignored me. She was helped another customer find the right sized shoe so I waited even though she passed by me without saying a word. Four other customers walked in after me and she didn’t say anything to them either. They waited for awhile and then all 4 of those customers walked out because they were also being ignored for too long. I continued to wait as the worker stood there talking to the one customer about how the shoe felt. She could have told that customer that she would help me and be back but she didn’t so after about 10 minutes maybe longer of being ignored I also walked out. She could have used common sense and tried to make sure every customer got their shoes to try on instead of allowing one customer to occupy her. What good does is do staring at one customer as she looks at how the shoe looks in the mirror and thinks about how one size fits versus another? This was the worst service ever. It’s like she ignored us on purpose so we would leave.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have experienced while shopping. Spent 30 minutes trying to purchase a purse. I came in knowing the exact product I wanted. The lady pulled the wrong purse from the back after getting the correct purse and checking out a gentleman then attempted to check me out, didn't ask for my rewards and had to cancel the transaction and restarted the check out process. Before paying I asked for a gift receipt but they wouldn't print out a gift receipt and told me to just white out the original receipt. They didn't have shopping bags so they expected me to walk out with the product in hand. No efforts to find a bag to place the new purse. The associates were nothing but rude. I had to return the purse before I walked out of the store. Luckily I found a similar purse next door at Steve Madden. Much pleasant treatment there.
