Was looking for storage recommendation for my bosses company and my friend recommended this one as the one that will suit his needs best. She said Jonna and Bridget are great. I came by to check it out and it's super clean, easy to access, and seems secure. I'm going to talk to my boss about getting his units at this facility. Thanks Bridget and Jonna hope to see you soon!

Omg! The lady that got my situated into my unit on my first inquiry was so awesome. She was very patient and caring with me! I also met Maxie and he too was awesome. I moved some things in today and Maxie came out of the facility to make sure things were going smoothly for me and to ask if I needed help with anything. I wish I could remember the lady who helped me by name but just know you have an awesome team there!!! The both of them made me feel like I really chose the best place to store my belongings . It's clean and a very convenient

This is a horrible place to rent from. I have been with them for 4 years and have been getting constant rate increases only to find out if I go online they have my same unit for less then what I’m paying. No to mention the customer service is comical.

Many perks to this location! The area is very secure and the staff is extremely helpful & knowledgable. I have been to many storage locations but this was easily the best experience I’ve ever had. Good pricing and unique sizing that I haven’t seen at many locations.

From the time I got the storage to the time I requested to move-out, the experience was HORRIBLE! One of the front office ladies has a really condescending attitude and she’s very argumentative. She gave me a unit that was broken into and tried to lie about it. I showed her the proof that I had, including pictures of their broken camera with wires hanging! She moved me to a different unit that was flooded, leaving me with damaged goods, wasted money & gas to go take pics and remove the rest of my items! She entered in the system for both moves, a false explanation in order to take the liability off of them. It makes NO sense why I would be charged the full amount when my items were damaged & only stored for less than a month there. Although this storage is super convenient to many apartments nearby, I would strongly recommend you to take your business elsewhere.
