I have found Sushma Nannapanemi of American Bank of Dallas to be responsive and very helpful as I’ve navigated through some complicated banking needs. I have used the services of the bank on several occasions and have been treated with utmost respect and kindness.

Started banking here last year because of honest mistake. Was going to go to bank of America branch and my GPS shows there's one in Frisco off Preston and Gaylord. I went inside and still didn't notice that it was not Bank of America. It was American Bank. How silly I was! But then Sushma Nannapaneni nicely talked to me and asked the reason why I was there and offered me a good reason to try their service. I have been their customer since. She was able to reply to my emails, calls right away. She was able to help me with my requests and I trust that she will be able to take care of my banking needs.
Don't be afraid to try new things as it might end up be the best experience you ever get!
Go to the branch and ask for Sushma! Tell her that Diana sent you. That will be my way of thanking her.

They closed my account and said they don't know anything and can't help, but I have a lot of money there. The manager came to me and almost kicked me out of the bank

It was such a pleasure meeting with Sushma Nanapaneni at American Bank in Frisco. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, and thoroughly answered all of my questions. Sushma made my whole experience with American Bank a positive event and I look forward to working with her and American Bank in the future.
