I went into american eagle today not knowing much about sizing and fitting for my body. I was beyond happy when i ran into Zara. She was so sweet, caring, and really took the time to make me feel special and that I mattered. She made sure I was taken care of and she had such wonderful suggestions. She really is a great asset to the team. Her customer service skills are immaculate! Thank you Zara for helping me find new jeans.

I just HAVE to write a review about this location!! Each one of their staff members that I have gotten the pleasure of meeting has literally been SO kind and thoughtful when helping me out<3 I am a pretty tall woman, so it is super hard for me to find jeans that fit and are long enough for my legs. But every time I either call or go into the store, all of the employees have been so accommodating and kind!!! I could never say enough good things about this location<3

I came in looking for jorts for men but coudnt find any to my liking. Enrique approached me and he showed me some womens bermuda shorts. I was skeptical at first but he reasured me that Its just cloths. I tried it on and loved it, now I wear it everywhere I go. Thank you enirque!

The sales girls were wearing very short jean shorts which reached up to the bottom of their rear ends. There tops were in approperate. I dont think the females sales associate be wearing inapproperate clothing.

My favorite store out of all AE stores! Nino is great with helping you look for an outfit! He’s helped me on several occasions, and the main reason why I love it there. I don’t get that at any other store. Most employees don’t even go out of their way to help you or even greet you, but they all do here! It’s the little things!

Went to AE in Stonebriar center. I never had a better shopping experience or such a helpful employee at a storeThe associate Paige was so helpful and nice. She was working so hard helping and running getting all the styles and sizes for shoes everyone in the dressing rooms. she was a delight.

Employees don’t know what they are doing. They are so friendly. I love that! But they don’t know how to order a size they don’t have in store. She repeatedly said they just don’t come in that size. I walked out of the store and ordered them myself. Now I have a shipping charge. I won’t return to the store. I went there for help. And I ended up having to do it myself anyway
