The service at this location is 10 STARS! The whole team was so accommodating and very patient with me. My first pair of prescription glasses just didn’t fit well so they happily got me into a different pair within 10 days and I’m very very happy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Reviews shud b better here. Always had good experiences w front reception and sales area. Doc cud use lessons in bedside manner, but she’s prob bored doing same thing over n over. This has been my family go- to for years. Great prices and big frame selection.

One quality about a great sales representative specially when selecting eye glasses is patience. Nicole Absolutely was very patient with me as there is so I will be back for sure to get more glasses in contact and I will ask for her next time.

I had a great experience today with Annya she was patient with all my questions. She made sure that I saw all my options before I made a decision. I strongly recommend her great customer service and she was very helpful. She has a bright future in whatever she chooses.

The service was quick and professional. It became excellent when Shelby helped me when I picked up my glasses. I noticed that the new glasses did not have my transition feature. Shelby explained the co policy. The reordering of my glasses was very pleasant and handled flawlessly. I will probably be ordering sunglasses soon and will be looking for Shelby again.

I’m not sure what’s going on at this Americas best but they seem like they’re all about money. Went in for an appt and got a trial pair of contacts. Turns out the dr didn’t bother to check my prescription and gave me trial contacts that didn’t match at all. I’ve been seeing wrong for the past week and a half. Also the ladies in the store are not helpful at all. There’s no system to their glasses selection so you could be searching for hours for glasses that fit you. I’m just super disappointed and will getting my glasses somewhere else like Walmart optical or target.

Took 23 days to get all 3 pair. No communication unless I initiated it! It's one and done for me! Do not recommend them except for poor service! Two of the 3 pair I bought are not wearable. I get extreme headaches and when I take them off I have blurred vision for 10 minutes.

My family and I have been coming to this location for over 7 years due to the location being open on Saturday but there was always some kind of hiccup whenever we went. But this visit was absolutely horrendous. First was told that my son did have a appointment for that day which I had the notification on my phone and also they did not know what the appointment was for. Spoke with Kamah Kim Kollie the General Manager of the location and she was no help at all, extremely rude and disrespectful. At first I didn't think she was even a GM of the location because of rudeness I even asked how long have you been with the company and her reply was she does not know. Even the way she was speaking to other employees with the lack of respect and empathy with customers inside the location was beyond belief.

I had a great first time experience. The staff was very professional and friendly. Dr. Whalen was also welcoming. She answered all my questions with care and concern for my well being and satisfaction. The prices are reasonable and they offered great plans. The selection of frames was broad and I was very happy with the styles I chose. Thank you for a great experience!

Great service from the whole staff. We are repeat customers because of this. One of the associates named Shelby went out of her way to adjust both my son and my eye-glasses while we were waiting for our paperwork to be processed. Will be back!
