I asked if there was someone that could do my eyebrows -only a clean up. I stressed the importance of a clean up (b/c I’m growing them out)and how I like them thick so I usually fill them in with a brow pencil. I voiced this loud and clear.. The manager and the nail tech confirmed this.
To the manager- If you didn’t have an experienced person there to do eyebrows don’t recommend a last resort. NOW, MY EYEBROWS ARE PENCIL THIN AND UNEVEN.
The technician took a big chunk off my eyebrow and when I saw it on the paper all I could do was cry. Your tech didn’t follow simple directions at all. She didn’t listen to anything I sayed.
The manager recommended someone else first then changed technicians. If there wasn’t someone there to do my eyebrows, you could’ve declined the service and asked me to come back another day.
Your techs should be better instructed to listen to what the customer has requested and if that’s not their style then pass on it.
The manager was very apologetic but gave me the excuse that maybe it was a long day for the technician bc she has over 25 years experience. That isn’t the correct approach when you have a customer in tears. I know it’s not always easy being a manager.
On another note, my nail tech was awesome and he tried to console me while I was balling crying.
Don’t think I’ll be returning to Aria again.

I've been coming here for 3 years and today's service was such a disappointment. I have an ingrown toenail that I've dealt with for 10 years. The nail tech was initially nice and tried to warn me about sepsis and risk of infection (I've been an RN for 5 years in critical care and know more about sepsis than him) but I smiled and let him warn me about the risks. He did this multiple times and I tried to just politely acknowledge him until after 5 minutes of a sepsis lecture he said "are you even listening to me?" that's when I snapped. I tried to be polite but I could no longer handle being talked to about an illness I treat daily. It was extremely rude and pushy and I do not need to be lectured on something I hva been dealing with for a decade. He could tell I was obviously frustrated and tried to give me an extra long leg massage. After the pedicure he asked to take a picture of my toe "for his reference" I said fine whatever but then as he was taking the picture he laughed and said something to a coworker. Now I feel he toom a picture of my toe to laugh at. I left humiliated and offended. I have been coming here since January 2021 and have usually loved it but this experience has put an end to me coming to the Aria nail bar. I understand he was trying to be helpful but he crossed a line and made me feel stupid about something I literally treat DAILY at work. I come to get a pedicure to feel good, not to be belittled. I'll be finding a new salon closer to home

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. seriously my favorite nail salon i go to, come here every time i need a new set or new pretty toe nails. i love coming in here and getting greeted by jason at the front desk, we talk and conversate and also joke around with each other. love having hailey and ryan to do my nails i feel they are the best and take their time with it and make sure to accommodate the things you ask for and accommodate for whatever your work-style and your life-style. LOVE coming here it’s never a dull moment nor do i walk out upset or mad abt my nails. they come out so good and last me a good 3-4 weeks maybe even longer but i just love getting new nails and don’t like when they grow out too long. Brought my family here as well and they didn’t walk out disappointed. DEF THE PLACE TO GO!!! ????

I've been going to Aria Nail Bar in Frisco for over a year now, and I must say that I have ALWAYS received superb customer service. Jason, the owner, is super nice and always makes sure the shop flows. Thank you, Ryan and Hailey, for ALWAYS doing a GREAT job on my nails. Aria Nail Bar in Frisco is definitely the place to go if you need nail services. Thank you all for your kindness ??

These ppl are discriminatory, they place black ppl in the back and hide them from other customers. I thought it was just me until there was a whole fbook post and many of us said the same. Beautiful location, they didn’t rush to greet me. They treat me like I’m not going to tip. They had a teenage boy in training do my feet. The paint was terrible. I still tipped to not b stereotypical but I did this review so they know we know. Black people sue too, I will expose you. Record you doing this Rosa Parks scam.
Go notice how many women of color have bad reviews they give us the ppl I. Training or something were on to you.
Change it up or we will sue. Start a fbook group just about collecting evidence.

Clean facility. The artist who did my nails did not know how to do the design I requested even after explaining he had decades of experience. I ended up settling and wasn’t satisfied a week later when one of my gems fell off. Maybe it was just that technician. For $200+ between me and my husband I should have had the exact design I requested since they stated that they could do it.
Now the person that did the pedicures did an amazing job. No complaints but I can’t seem to find a spot that can do nail designs. Obviously I’m willing to pay just tired of subpar service.

Booked a spa pedicure for my wife online. She was very satisfied with the service & price of the pedicure. She said it was relaxing and they did a good job. Wife approved ?
Cleanliness: Wife felt comfortable with service and cleanliness.
