Awful. Delivery service is abysmal and customer service is just as bad. I had to reschedule my bed set three times because straight up nobody coordinated delivery time with me the first two times. Then when it finally did show up (after I had to elevate the issue) it showed up missing pieces that are supposedly not available until next month. Now I’m sitting here with a bed frame that can’t support a mattress wondering if the person who brought it is going to show up today? Tomorrow? Eventually? Who knows? Because these people don’t communicate with you. I’m so close to demanding a refund because this has been almost two months of just trying to get three pieces of furniture to my house. Ridiculous.
Also tell them you don’t want their $400 warranty, they’ll take it off the price and just give it to you anyways.
Editing to further express my dissatisfaction with Ashley: 2 1/2 months after my purchase I finally have my bedroom set. It didn’t come without multiple calls to customer service and speaking to many, many different people. I was offered a $250 refund for the white glove delivery charge about a month ago and have yet to receive it.

Pleasant sales experience, no issues at all with their salespeople.
After the sale, the company will change your scheduled delivery date without telling you and you won't find out until you call the customer service number to resolve the issue. Unacceptable.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff and transparent with sells expected mystifications which was very appreciated. The sells representatives to specifically mentioning “Teddie” was well groomed and dress professionally with no pressure or sell expectations. I did compare other store brands prices, product quality and after care / warranties. I asked the tough questions and validated most responses given by the staff upfront. Some other brands were comfortable in pricing however my final decision was based on delivery options, selection and attentiveness to customer satisfaction.
