Very rude staff, I do not recommend going to this place at all. Both of the employees are careless about customer service and not helpful at all. VERY DISAPPOINTED

If I could leave a 0 star I would. I went in to do a trade in since the other store didn’t have the iPhone I wanted. This guy could have cared less whether I was buying something or not. Wish I got his name. The manager did do me a huge favor by delivering my phone which was very nice and convenient …so why the zero stars?? Because I was lied to by getting told I was REQUIRED to keep the insurance for 2 weeks. Not to mention they added a next up plan which was never approved by me. I called customer service and they verified I did not have to have insurance for 2 weeks that’s just how they get their extra commission. She fixed my account and credit back the next up plan they were charging me for and took off the insurance. Do not get scammed into them telling you the insurance is required. Be sure to call customer service after your visit to make sure your plan is accurate so that you are not getting scammed just so they can get a higher commission. The manager was a nice guy although he confirmed the insurance was required and lied to me as well. Just be careful with this store.

Asked if a phone was in stock over the phone. I walked in apparently it wasn’t available literally a 3 minute drive from down the road. The individual who helped me was super rude since I declined the fiber service, talking to his manager while she was walking out WHILE assisting me,blew bubbles with his gum while talking, then made things super awkward when I asked further questions. I understand commission or whatever when trying to sell the AT&T fiber although if I decline and you are continuing then had a complete attitude change you should not be working in any retail environment. I’m not sure what the gentleman’s name was but he was hispanic, with tattoos on his hands. I hate to call out or leave negative reviews but this was uncalled for.

Outstanding service. I had multiple issues needing help to transfer my service to AT&T and was amazed by the professional and caring service at this location. Cayden explained every step of the process and helped me upgrade my phone, set up a new internet service, and phone plan. They won my business as a life long AT&T customer!

Absolutely horrendous location, the staff members on multiple occasions have been very rude in person and over the phone.Truthfully I recommend going to another location.

I must say after all the running around and countless hours on trying to switch from a business account to a personal account which was a pain. With that being said the store manager at this location is second to none a great employee for AT&T. Very patient, informative and very helpful. I recommend this store to anyone that needs help. Great store and great music. Definitely recommend 10 outta 10 customer service location. So stop by and see Herman the Manager for your At&T needs.
