If I could leave a 0 star I would. I went in to do a trade in since the other store didn’t have the iPhone I wanted. This guy could have cared less whether I was buying something or not. Wish I got his name. The manager did do me a huge favor by delivering my phone which was very nice and convenient …so why the zero stars?? Because I was lied to by getting told I was REQUIRED to keep the insurance for 2 weeks. Not to mention they added a next up plan which was never approved by me. I called customer service and they verified I did not have to have insurance for 2 weeks that’s just how they get their extra commission. She fixed my account and credit back the next up plan they were charging me for and took off the insurance. Do not get scammed into them telling you the insurance is required. Be sure to call customer service after your visit to make sure your plan is accurate so that you are not getting scammed just so they can get a higher commission. The manager was a nice guy although he confirmed the insurance was required and lied to me as well. Just be careful with this store.

I must say after all the running around and countless hours on trying to switch from a business account to a personal account which was a pain. With that being said the store manager at this location is second to none a great employee for AT&T. Very patient, informative and very helpful. I recommend this store to anyone that needs help. Great store and great music. Definitely recommend 10 outta 10 customer service location. So stop by and see Herman the Manager for your At&T needs.

Cayden is the gentlemen that helped me out when I walked in the store I had some issues and didn’t understand how to unlock a phone and he guided me through that process no problems. Great store and employee.

Let me start by saying I hate AT&T. But I have been dealing with an issue the last two months. My husband has spent hours on the phone with AT&T and I have been at the AT&T store now for approximately 2 to 3 hours and I have to say that the manager, Herman, has the patience of Job!!! He was able to get somebody on the line after hours of waiting and fixed my service! This man needs a raise! Seriously…AT&T..THIS MANAGER DESERVES A RAISE!!!!

Terrible customer service! My dad (not the best with technology and doesn’t speak English) went in to get some help with his phone. Unfortunately I was working and couldn’t go to help translate. He got home very sad because the customer service representative that spoke Spanish didn’t want to help him. He says the employee barely listened to him and then looked at his phone and told him to take it to Samsung because he couldn’t do anything, when he clearly could have. If you’re Hispanic and need help, take your service somewhere else!

Folks in the store had very little information. I was able to give them information on some of their promotions which they could not articulate. Very poor experience.

We have had terrible experiences with other AT&T locations and this place is great! The 5 star rating pulled us in, even though farther from home, was worth the drive! The manager is hands on helping his employees, ready to answer all the questions and making sure we were comfortable in our decisions. Great job to Herman and staff!

I called to ask about an online order and the guy continued to cut me off and tell me my order wasn’t there without letting me finish my sentence or give him more information. Completely unwilling to help and extremely rude. Also refused to give me his name at the end

Talk about 5 star rating, you don't need the ambiance of the store but the technicians. Early this afternoon my wife and I was attended to by Tron. We brought along our new iPhones, wanting to understand the features etc. Story short, he was funny and couldn't find another person who spent at least an hour and a half to run through the system with us. Besides Tron, there were two other techs busy attending to customers. I should think that they were just as good. Thanks and congratulations AT&T

Best AT&T experience I’ve ever had! Christian provided excellent customer service to me today in troubleshooting a unique issue. He was kind, friendly, and determined to help me resolve my problem.
