Wow! Colbi, the store manager, is the absolute best. I went into help my employee with his very complicated phone return situation. He went above and beyond. Listened, called multiple venues, stayed on hold, and resolved the problem to the best of his ability. We are truly so thankful for you and your staff!

I have a AT&T account and this store location sucks the kids there today didn’t assist with anything but them telling me ma’am ma’am you gotta go to iCloud. I’m like duh. I guess the only thing they do is sale phones. A waste of time. Have workers in there who want to help and not send you away because they too lazy to try to figure out my issue. I’ll be going to the Apple Store!!

These guys are AWESOME! I've come here twice now. First time was seeing up a new account for one of my business. The second time porting a number from Google Fi to another business account. Caleb KNOWS his stuff! Everyone is friendly and efficient.

I visited the store as advised by customer care to get a corporate discount applied! But was told by all 3 employees that they couldn’t apply a discount which works for friends and family through my company. I politely indicated to said gentleman I was told to come here and it could be applied. And proceeded to ask if it was best to call customer care back and they told me whatever discount AT&T corporate was giving was on them and not our store . Needless to say I felt berated and belittled. Very unprofessional atmosphere and the worst customer care ever . I’ll be taking my services to Verizon.

Victoria was amazing with helping my kids and I save money. We all got new phones and I left with a cheaper bill! She was very charming and informing. I would highly recommend her.

Not helpful at all! I recently added a new line to my account and for some reasons I see two lines there!! They just listened to my problem and immediately asked me to call customer service without even trying. Then, they started to blame other store that originally added my line to the account and let me leave the store with no support. Waste of time! Poor service!

The staff at this location is great. The manager Je’Marrio was very helpful and answered all my questions. The customer service was amazing and they were very knowledgeable on their products. I definitely recommend this location to anyone in the area.

Went in with a huge issue pertaining to billing. Even though they couldn't help me directly, Colby was extremely sympathetic & understanding. He gave great customer service & that's most appreciated. I would definitely recommend this store.
