Tony just totally saved my life. AT&T online could not help me troubleshoot my phone problems. They told me I could potentially be out of service for up to 5 days.... I brought it to this location. To y fixed my problem in literally 4-5 seconds. This place rocks

I had such a great experience at AT&T! Anthony, Elvis, and Z went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. They were patient, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood all the details before the certain service was offered. Their teamwork and professionalism really stood out — they treated me with kindness and respect the entire time.
You have an awesome team at AT&T Stonebrook Frisco! It’s rare to find a group that genuinely cares about customer satisfaction the way they do. I truly appreciate their excellent service and would definitely recommend this location to anyone. Thank you, Anthony, Elvis, and Z, for making my visit such a positive one!

Anthony was so helpful and explained every detail clearly! The facility was clean and professional. I am definitely satisfied with the help I received. My girlfriend and were able to walk out to with brand new iPhone 17s!!!!

We purchased a new phone for my senior citizen mother, who upgraded only when her phone will not update anymore. We told the rep this. They not only put on an option to upgrade every year (or sooner?) but crammed in a $17/month charge for some kind of screen repair. I get they work on commission and probably had a bonus to hit but that’s pretty shady.

My sales associate (Zhiaahyir) was super helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He took his time to understand what I needed, explained options, and helped me with exactly what I was needing. He was absolutely wonderful, and provided excellent customer service. Highly recommend the AT&T store on FM 423 in Frisco, TX.
