Buyers be where! I walk in to return a watch, on Sunday the young man lied and said he didn't know how to do a return. I only found out because the mgr told me that he could do returns. He's combative and he's very disrespectful as well as being on his phone.

Multiple poor/unhelpful experiences in the past. Today went and stood outside waiting for them to still not open for 10 min past opening time.

This store is franchise owned it seems and they don’t have stock. Just now I came here and the associate is sleeping. Thankfully she woke up to answer my question at least.
I want to change my screen protector for 16 pro max. But she didn’t even checked the availability and she told to visit the other store because of no availability. May be because I have plan with the phone company and she don’t want to give it.
This is second time visiting the store because it’s near to our home. But every time it’s bad experience and not recommend the store. Better to go to company owned store for better experience.

I wasn’t expecting blazing fast internet from AT&T,
but they’re literally selling this speed for $60/month lol.
I went to the store to ask for help, and they just told me to call customer service—who, by the way, were absolutely useless.

They are fraudulent company please DONT choose them I disconnect my internet they charge me for equipment while I already sent them the equipment and had receipt also had email from AT&T that they received it they charged me $585 and send the amount to collection I was refinancing my house that I found my credit was damaged by AT&T for no reason. I called and explained this to the collection they said you have to pay the full amount there’s no other way they were an Indian company completely fraud. I ended up paying for nothing either our country doesn’t have law and that’s why they keep looting us or they are above the law. THEY ARE FRUD PLEASE DONT CHOOSE AT&T!!!!

Xavier & Johan were amazing on this Saturday evening setting us up with our new home service. As soon as we walked in, they assisted us and welcomed us immediately. Store was nice and neat not busy and they were both amazing. Very conversational is a plus and we were elated to sign up with AT&T.
