Avoid WiFi services if you can, have had several outages since switching over. Never had outages like this that last so long with other services. If you need dependable WiFi I wouldn’t recommend AT&T.

Today I met Nicole Tucker at the AT&T store in Frisco. She greeted me immediately and was pleasant thru entire meeting. I had more than one issue with my IPhone and she was knowledgeable, thorough and was able to help with my issue. She was patient and kind and coming from an old person it was very much appreciated.

Beware of AT&T ( Jamisone Ivy -In home Expert) SCAM to swap cellular services. They will tell you not to worry about your curren cell sevice phones, "they will take care of it" with the trade in.
THEY WILL NOT!!! YOU WILL OWE the prior servicer if you are still owing on your phones. Also, your BILL WILL NOT BE LOWER as they promised.
Don't make a switch until you no longer owe on your phone (3yrs typically)

Attentiveness, Active Listening Skills, Suggestive Selling skills based on Qualifying and Quantifying questions to get me where I needed to be as a Mobile customer. Nicole Tucker!! What an absolute model of what every staff member should be. She's is the epitome of an Ambassador for the Brand.
She, needs to be emotionally, financially rewarded for how she treats her and All AT&T customers.

Had an excellent experience at this store. The store manager was super friendly and greeted us when we walked in. Immediately informed us how many people were ahead of us.
Once we met with him, he made the process super smooth and had a very good understanding of how things work at AT&T. Gave us a lot of information on how we could reduce our bill and did not push products or services we don’t need.
Highly recommend going here out of any of the other stores in the area.

I went to the att store at Northdallas toll road and Eldorado to get my phone set up. The day before I had been to a smaller different store and didn’t get my issues resolved. My associate was named Marroon and he fixed my problems and more. Couldn’t be happier.

I had been dealing with customer service at AT&T around all points of the world without much luck after six hours of trying to correct my new account information for our previous 25-year-old AT&T account my wife and I had. Finally after my 6 hour marathon runaround and my issues still unresolved, I finally made the decision to go to my neighborhood Frisco, TX AT&T store on El Dorado Parkway and the sweet manager, Bree, and her awesome assistant manager, Hunter, jumping through technical hoops to solve my multiple issues immediately. Terrific Customer service from the minute I entered the store......honestly, I felt like a VIP, which I am not....but my experience told me different :). My wife and I have had AT&T since 1996 and, in all that time, our experience with Bree & Hunter was the most genuine and professional ever.
It was a Win for us and a Win for AT&T as we successfully brought our 2 sons and their wives back into the AT&T fold after they all 4 left for T Mobile and Mint Mobile to save $'s. With our Unlimited Premium wireless program, Bree & Hunter did the math and the "$360 bring ur own phone" made me aware that I could put all 4 of our kids on our account, keep their own phones, save them $'s, and have Unlimited Premium service. Good program for all.

Back story, mom and step-dad are seniors and disabled. Moms phone is in bad shape but they depend on their phones for doctors, family and such. So, she asked me (as in many years past) to go get her a new phone.
Understanding security, etc, I brought moms old phone, her driver license and bill with me to the ATT Store on Stonebrook and FM 423. They were SUPER helpful, checked the credentials and were ready to sell me a new phone.
After going to the ATT store at Stonebrook and FM423 in Frisco, and finding that they did not have a replacement phone for my mom in stock, they directed me to the El Dorado location.
Let’s just say the El Dorado location was not at all helpful or willing to even try to help. The answer was no, the end, sorry for ya. Sorry mom, I guess kids of disabled people can’t help their parents. Doesn’t matter if you have the phone, the bill, the driver license all in hand. Nope.
No more phones or anything from the El Dorado location. Stonebrook and FM 423 is the place to go.

Please go to this store for all your ATT needs. Steve you are the best! You saved me from having a terrible day. I went to the Gates of Prosper because I ordered a new phone under my husband's # instead of my cell # and just needed it switched out. Andre kept repeating how he doesn't feel comfortable doing this, doin that. to be honest, he just didn't feel comfortable helping me. Even when I asked if I can just purchase a brand new phone under my cell so I can at least have a working cell, they didn't want to help me. I went to my car and cried. Then finally wen to another location and Steve heard me, and before I could even finish what I was saying, he said all I need is to switch the SIM cards and he did that within 15mins. This world is full of demons, but every so often God will send you an angel. Thank you so much Steve!!!

Steve is the best AT&T rep ever! I had a data issue that no other store or phone rep could solve for 2 months!!!! I came in to see Steve and he fixed everything on all my phones immediately!!! Thank you so much Steve!!!

Great management and very helpful!! 10/10 customer service. Definitely recommend if you need any assistance with issues with transferring services! Earnest and Maroon were both very helpful!
