We came in to get help setting up our new apple watch. Bree was amazing. She went above and beyond to help us resolve the issue we were having with a watch setup. Bree customer service is top notch! We use AT&T at work for our busy security company. I manage the phone lines for both regular and FirstNet devices. FirstNet has been a game changer for us, because it means our phones have service when other networks are down.The reps at this location are great! I exclusively use this location for all our needs. They always ensure we get the best price when we are adding lines. Visits are quick and seamless. They make my job so much easier.

After 10 hours and 4 visits to the AT&T store on Dallas Parkway, we still had an unresolved issue. We went into the store one more time, and insisted the staff resolve our issue. The first person was again unable to help us and asked the manager to assist. The manager, Bryanna, was rude and dismissive, and when we expressed dissatisfaction with the service we were receiving, the manager’s response that she wouldn’t take responsibility. We said that as a representative of AT&T, it was her job to resolve the issue. Her response was TO CALL THE POLICE.THE MANAGER CALLED THE POLICE RATHER THAN FIX OUR ISSUE.HOW IS THAT ACCEPTABLE AT AT&T?

This AT&T did such a great job at paying attention I had the easiest transaction that I have ever done with my trade-in. Thankfully, they had the phone that I wanted in stock. I did call, but they did not pick up although when I went to store and saw how busy they were and were shortstaffed I completely understood.I forgot the gentleman who attended me, but he was fantastic and very knowledgeable.He also explained how the trade-in is now being done instead of it being shipped off. I would 100% recommend this AT&T instead of the one on Gary Burns near Dunkin’ Donuts. This AT&T store is very professional! I had a chance to speak with other employees and they literally were the sweetest. Never did I not feel unwelcome here like the other AT&T store. Honestly, this store should be a representation to all AT&T stores.

Lisa was phenomenal. She assisted me efficiently with removing things from my bill that I didn't need and helped me add a new phone for my daughter in less than 20 minutes. It was one of the best experiences that I've had in an AT&T store.

This is a scam store, as others mentioned about trade-in. I did my trade-in with 6 month old phone, and by the time it reaches warehouse it doesnt turn on. I had to go a long way to get my credits. Reported this store to att president office. I was upset how disinterested the store people to hear my concerns of, Robert and Bryanna, and both are non friendly people to work with. I had to fight 6 months for my $1000 trade-in credit.

We came in to get a new phone and Alonzo helped us. He was awesome. Best/friendliest experience we’ve ever had. He was helpful in getting everything set up and went above and beyond while helping us. Made everything a smooth transition to the new phone. Will come back to this store next time we need a new phone.

Steve did an excellent job with my phone today. I had so many problems with Verizon locking my phone and he was able to be patient and resolve my issue! Thrilled with his 5 star customer service when I was about to give up he didn't! Forever with AT&T now! And grateful for Steve!

Your retail sales consultant, Oscar Hernandez, was by far the most professional and knowledgeable consultant we've ever dealt with. he made it a true pleasure to buy & set up our new iPhone 15s through him - the process was hasslefree and very fast. Alonzo was aaaaamazing! I get such high anxiety getting a new phone! My last phone was android to android and lost all contacts but at AT&T store this man transferred text messages, notes, all pics everyTHING I’m so happy! The team that worked the day I visited was so friendly as we celebrated the cowboys big win!? easy parking, less than 5 min wait time,answer all questions and saved us so much money! Customer service is not DEAD it’s A-1 at this store!!! (Frisco)
