Donae and Julie were exceptionally helpful. I was switching carriers and required lots of Q/A, all of which came easily and confidentially. I spent some time there primarily waiting for my data to come over cause I’m a nervous person who needs support, but the actual sales transaction with Donae was straightforward and concise. Julie was back up during a shift change and spent extra time addressing all the details with me. I left with new devices and confidence in my new carrier.

Natalie, the manager here, is THE BEST. She's incredibly nice, patient, and extremely willing to help. My situation was a little bit different and she was able to work with us to get the services we wanted. Definitely the best service I've had, thank you Natalie.Also shoutout to Chris, he was amazing as well.

Donae at the AT&T store located in Frisco was incredibly helpful. Exceptional customer service and she was able to fix my issues in less than a minute. I would recommend Donae for any service needs that you might have. Please stop by the store and ask for her. You will not regret it. TRUST ME.

Chris Carter was exceptional. We came into the store too activate my father’s phone & he was tremendous in helping us out. He went above & beyond, very knowledgeable, & had great conversations. I HIGHLY recommend this AT&T store for anything & most of all Mr. Carter!

The lady that helped me was barely any help and didn't seem like she cared at all. And while I was on my way home my wife said her line wasn't working. So I had to call at support and spent 2 hours on the phone with them at 9pm and they told me that the sim for my wife's phone had been disconnected instead of my sim in my old phone. They were directing us to have to go to a store the next morning to get a replacement sim for my wife's phone until I had to come up with a solution where we could swap sims around to get her phone working last night. Very unhappy with the store support in the fact that they royally screwed up ny disconnecting my wife's phone that she runs her business off of. Not to mention it took 2 hours out of our personal time we could have spent together because I had to fix what your "specialist" messed up. It's flabergasting the level of this sort of mistake and how it could even happen.

The store rep, Darrell, was awesome! He was very nice, polite, mannerly and helpful. I couldn't have asked for better. He was the best rep I've had at AT&T!! I felt like he was genuinely concerned and didn't rush me out.

Needed help buying a new IPhone, and then having everything transferred from one to the other. Both Chris and Vincent were fabulous. Nice guys who did everything for me, making it very easy. This store is the place to be for convenience.

Visited this store today to get help with my phone. As I stood at the front of the store, waiting for help, I noticed there was one employee sitting down at a table, helping some customers. I anoticed another customer waiting to be helped as well. Then, about five minutes later three guys that were watching football in the back of the store, all wearing hoodies so it was tough to tell they were actually employees, turned around and came to help us. I even asked him if he had been watching football, and he looked me straight in the eye, and said yes! Wow...just wow. Absolutely unacceptable and AT&T should be embarrassed.

Today I visited the store to talk about my conern about my phone safely, and ask a lot of question about my phone number, my Sim card, potential risks of malwares and how I can keep my phone number with new Sim card and etc.There was a young lady named Andera M that patiently listen to all my concern and questions and gave me proper answers and practical advices, and finally she replaced my Sim card with new one without any cost.It shows how they are good at taking care of their customers and how they are professionaly trained.So at first I should thank Andrea for her effort to solve my phone problem, as well I would like to thank AT&T.Update : today 9-Oct-2023I had some more questions about my AT&T accounts today, Lindsy patiently helped me to overcome to my accounts issues.So one more time, Thank you AT&T,Thank you Lindsy.

Wish I could give them zero stars! Let me start by saying I absolutely love AT&T and their internet services and have been using them for over 7 years. This time around, I moved to a new house and bought a new connection from Julie Gallant in this store. Sales was swift and she setup and install in 4 days but that’s pretty much everything that went smooth. The installer came late and then took 6 hours to install and left the wire open. I asked him if mowing or rain would mess it up and he said it won’t. He also said he’s setup an appointment in 3 weeks and said it’s the earliest to bury the line. About 5 days before the bury appointment, my neighbor decided to mow and possibly damaged the open line and cut my internet. After 108 minutes on the line, I got someone to come fix the outage but they didn’t see the bury appointment anymore. I went back to Julie and she was very cool and said that’s the best she can do and if they’re behind, there’s nothing she can do. Th e amount of enthusiasm on selling was completely lost after the sale- the same person who said “contact me” for everything basically said there’s nothing she could do and it’s my problem. Now they’ll fix my internet tomorrow and setup a bury appointment again in three weeks, and in that three weeks, my neighbor might mow and damage again and then all of this will start all over & Julie thinks this is all fine and the best she can do! It’s a shame that the iconic brand that I love has such poor frontline sales folks who just care about sales commissions and don’t give anything about customer satisfaction. Hope the management looks into the bad practices of the Frisco store at Warren Pkwy/Preston Rd! Don’t recommend this store

Rahim was amazing! He answered all of our questions. He provided us with all options so that we could make the best decision and let us know about benefits and promotions that we were unaware of. He was friendly, knowledgeable and just an all around joy!Thanks Rahim for making this experience fun!
