I had a very unusual problem that the manager Mason was very nice and helpful getting fixed for me. He worked for 3 hours to get the issue resolved and went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of!

I came in to talk to a person about the plan I was put on through a phone rep. The store rep said the phone reps play games to get you to onto plans that will cost you more. She got me on the right plan for me and signed me up for auto pay. Two months later, after getting my autopay alert, I noticed my bill went up $100. $62 of that was because the store rep signed me up for the Home Tech Protection Plan, and the Next Up Plan. One bill included two months of those charges, but because I was on autopay, I could not dispute it. Be careful to read what you are agreeing to and be clear that if you don't want any add ons.

Chase helped me with my existing AT&T service. He was very professional and informative. So happy that one of the best AT&T stores is close by my house.

Chris was patient, as I normally detest technology. Chris was knowledgeable and very professional. He was able to explain (in lay man’s terms) any questions I had. He went above and beyond with Customer service: first, the system was showing incorrectly that I had a past due balance and he outreached to different departments to get it quickly resolved so that we could move forward with the transaction as opposed to giving up and asking me to return on another day. Second, Chris waited patiently for my new devices to charge so that he could transfer and sync all of my information on all of the devices. He provided me with a short tutorial on how to navigate etc. I know what I described is a reasonable expectation as a customer however, it was nice that I didn’t have to ask or insist on Chris’ help! That makes all of the difference! I only had intentions of upgrading my phone but because of Chris’ exceptional customer service I purchased an apple watch and multiple accessories which I usually bypass. Thanks Chris from the old lady in the feather sweater. ?

I had a wonderful experience yesterday at the AT&T store in Little Elm, TX! As soon as I walked through the door a Sales Rep named Travis asked if he could assist me. He was very helpful and friendly. Travis was also quite knowledgeable about the products he presented to me. He assisted me with transferring my photos and apps from my android device to my iPhone. He advised me that it would take a while instead of just making me wait and not say anything. But fortunately it didn’t take long at all. I also purchased some more items from him. Thank you Travis for your quick, friendly service. If I ever have to visit the store again I would love for Travis to assist me!! ?? Thanks AT&T, I’m happy that I switched my cellular service back to you❤️

Came in to upgrade our phones tonight. The Sales Associate, Chase, quoted a price just under what we saw for upgrades when we signed into our account online. He then quoted a second amount that was higher by the amount of the taxes on the new phones which I paid. Then Chase proceeds to tell me we needed to pay the taxes on the new phones. When we tried to discuss the differences between what he said originally and what he said the second time he just kept saying that we misunderstood him and that "he has no reason to lie" implying that my wife, my child and myself who all heard him say the same number were lying. Completely unacceptable business practice. If I decide to go into another AT&T I will drive further to go to another store... if I decide to return and I've been with a customer for over 20 years with multiple lines of service that says something.

Wow! Great customer service. Sure, I had to trade in my Note 9 and give them my first born child to afford the G23 Ultra, but I have more kids so I thought it was a good deal.
