My 13 year old car issue was diagnosed and resolved quickly. My sister recommended this shop. She had a great experience for her foreign made car, mine is American made. The staff is always friendly, courteous and professional. This is my go to mechanic shop. I highly recommend them. They keep it real with you, honest and do excellent work to keep your vehicle running smoothly and good.

Where can I start this is my first time coming to this place and and it has been extremely excellent customer service from the phone to in person Chad was awesome he gave me a break down of everything and provided good advice for the next steps which was extremely helpful and fair. I left my car to get the work done I have my faith in trust in this shop 10 out of 10 Chad deserves to be crowned king of the day!!!!

Took my Nissan for an issue I was having with my door locks. they had my car less than an hour, diagnosed the issue which I am embarrased to say was "operator error". I guess they felt my shame and there was no charge for the visit. In short, Authority Automotive, you have earned my business going foward for both my vehicles. Thank You.

I've taken my car there three times, in my opinion they are honest and know their stuff. They have competitive prices and won't sell you on work you don't need. The bottom line is they're a good spot to take your cars.
