I just got a hand wash done for 85$. Not worth it never coming back, the manager at the billing station said I only paid $10 over the $75 hand wash fee, so stains are expected inside. For stains like this (shown in picture) they wanted to use product which costs another $15 ? The exteriors still had those bug marks. I dont know what she was talking about, but take the L miss. You guys lost it.

They don't offer a free wash the next day if it rains, unlike most car washes. Not a corteous business management. I was probably the only one that called in ...

I got the express wash/detail package. Fernando did a wonderful job!! My front seats were stained from years of pool visits etc and they got all the stains out

This was my go to place for oil changes. Today I arrived and was told to pull in line to await an oil change. I sat in my vehicle for 45 minutes. No updates or comments from anyone. I watched 5 other vehicles that arrived after me go in for service in the lines next to me. Still no updates no offers to switch lanes to get my vehicle service started. All the while at any given time I could see 3-4 associates sitting around looking at their phones. This was such a let down by a business that usually provides a good experience and great service.

Double the price it used to be half the service
this used to be a four dollar exterior only wash and all washes included a complementary towel dry, now that same wash is eight dollars and they will turn you away if you try to get towel dried. I was told it was just a wash and go and the bare minimum for the tow dry is now the $14 service. I get it inflation and you need to pay your workers and all that stuff but very disappointing, especially since I know what they used to charge and what they used to provide. Also, car wash missed quite a few spots soap was left on quite a few spots. That’s why I feel like if your machines aren’t that good towel dry at least covers them up. Will not be returning for this service or price

This place really needs to go back to how they were before… I come to this place because they have many people here cleaning the cars and I am too lazy to clean mine and I always get the best wash the platinum and I also tip but they always forget spots always forget to clean the front of the car or the dash etc and I hate being that guy giving bad reviews and complaining but I keep coming back here and I pay for the best wash and they treat it like I got the lowest tier wash. They always forget to clean my windshield my side mirrors like I’m paying 45$ then I’m giving tip bcz I feel bad for the workers cuz they r working in the sun and heat but I gotta feel bad for the money I’m spending too if I’m not getting the worth. Everytime I’m runnin through the wash I even feel like I’m not getting the same wash as I used too I dnt c the lava bath no more anything it doesn’t make sense this place really needs to start getting things right it’s not okay charging people and not taking care of them. I will add photos once I get home right after getting a wash from here.

This place is the worst, and I recommend you find somewhere else to get a car wash. While inside the car wash, part of the guide rail that moves the cars through failed and caused the car in front of me to get stuck in place. The machine kept moving my car forward, causing a collision multiple times with the car in front. Except for my laying on the horn they had no idea there was a problem. After the incident the manager on duty denied that it happened and said there was no collision. He refused to share their company insurance info, blamed me and the other driver for the incident and told us our insurance would have to pay for damage. When we requested video, they also denied access. They're lucky it was just two cars and two adults stuck inside the car wash instead of families with children. In my opinion, the way this was handled was truly pathetic and highly dangerous. A few minutes later the car wash was supposedly fixed, and they opened it up again. Never again, and best of luck to those who try.

This place is the best. The staff is always kind and courteous. I always get service with a smile and the establishment is always clean. Abd they offer a military discount. I refer all my friends and family
