Today has been a wonderful day had my engine blow up in my other car came in and meet with Samuel he was amazing from start to finish. It took less than 4 hours to look test drive and walk out in my new car nothing but a positive experience !!!!

awful place! having issues with my truck battery after I came into this shop for a basic diagnostic and state inspection. Absolutely horrible experience. Don't by into how nice their front desk people are. They trying to get every single dollar out of you. What really pissed me off was seeing the charges at the end. $100 for windshield wipers, $100 for a cabin air filter... that kind of ridiculous stuff. Hope they shut down so they can't rob people anymore.

Worst dealership ever. We walked in, and nobody seemed to see us, even said hi to one of the guys at the reception and no word back to us. Really poor customer service here. Never coming back .

I wish I had the option to give no stars. When dealing with Mr. Little in Service Dept. I was always treated with respect and professionalism. Not so with others.
Three times now my 2023 Maverick Hybrid suffered sudden loss of power, numerous & various idiot lights and warning prompts going off. 1st time it happened AutoNation Ford Frisco had it 4 days, amd when I picked it up Mr. Little was apologetic because he said no issues were found.

2nd time happened again of 5.26.24. I was already scheduled for a brake light Recall fix. Took it back to AutoNation Frisco and when told L. Smith the problem she informed me I was there only for brake light Recall. I had already asked her to add on the 20k mile inspection which she did with no problem.
I had video and a Recall Number for this type of problem which I got from a member of the MaverickTruckClub, but she refused to look at them.

3rd time happened on 6.1.24, less than a week later.
The sudden slow down has a great potential for causing an accident, which of course could lead to injury or death. Also concerning is the self-acceleration. From a dead stop when in this mode it accelerates up to 35-40 mph WITHOUT pressing gas pedal. Also dangerous with the potential for injury or death. HOWEVER, AutoNation Ford Frisco doesn't seem to share my concerns for the health and lives of others as well as my own.
Three (3)complaints have been filed with the National Highway Traffic Safety Asministration. Given that the NTHSA is a govt. agency, it's possible someone has to die before they will respond.

Enquired about a 2023 Corvette on Facebook l
The seller, MG, was the typical aggressive kind who demanded number/email to set appointment. I told him no, but he carried on and said he really needed this information but I declined.
We agreed to come have a look and I drove 30 miles to see him. They claim no haggle price, but at it's current price I could buy a 2024 brand new for 5k more and I mentioned that to him.
He pulled the car out, but his manager told me would have to do paperwork first indicating I was committed to buy the car upon successful test drive
I shook there hands and left.

Just want to Thank Mr.Michael for helping me with the hole process, purchase of my new truck he went out his way and walked the extra mile to get me everything i wanted and was very helpful and made me feel like family got to know me and my family took his time thank you for everything I'm so happy with my truck 100% :)

I always did my service here until I have found out the car had problems which they did not report and possibly developed when they did related services like coolant flush and recall. I noticed few issues took it to them and specifically asked them to check. One of the issue specifically co-insides with related service they did previously on this car. The other problems I found can not have developed with in the last 2 months period after my last service with them.My advise is to find better dealership or competent mechanic and if you have to go here, check and monitor your car at least for few weeks for any new problems after any kind of service with this dealership. Especially watch out for coolant leaks after any type of service. Low coolant level they do not report as part of the free inspection, either because they are incompetent or for reasons they only know.
