We rented from Avis over the busy 4th of July week, and they truly went above and beyond to make sure we got the car we reserved. Despite the holiday rush, the staff remained friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. They clearly explained all charges up front, and there were no surprises or unexpected fees. Every question we had was answered with patience and clarity. We really appreciated the excellent customer service and would definitely rent from Avis again!

We ended up having to rent twice recently, each time with very short notice. The gentleman at the front desk, who assisted us both times, was absolutely great! Convenient location & very accommodating.

I booked car through my debit card and was told I can not get car on debit card...they cancel the reservation and on the top charged 140$ out of 291$..this is called scam n cheating

I have rented from this location twice now and I can say they provided the best car rental experience I have ever had. Quick pick up and return. No muss or fuss, just the way you would expect the perfect car rental process should be. Actually a personal experience with people that actually appreciate your business ?

Good afternoon,
If you’re having any trouble reaching Avis, I recommend you reach out to this independent office. Mr. Heinrick did in 5 minutes what Avis corporate couldn’t in 3 hours. Corporate ought to take a page out of this gentleman’s book to help out its customers.

At 60, I’ve rented from Avis for years and I have to say this is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. They seem to have made up rules that differ from ALL the other Avis locations.As a “Preferred Customer”, I have my payment and insurance information in their system. I use my app to make a reservation, arrive at the location, show them my drivers license, get my keys and go. In some locations (airports), I don’t even see anyone till I pull out of the gate.This location wanted a utility bill from my home in Missouri. Now I’m in the military so that wasn’t really an option. They also charged me a $200 deposit which NO other location has ever done.I reserved a “full size” car and now I’m riding around in a little Nissan Altima and at only 6’ tall, my head rubs the roof of the car and the sun visor is right in the middle of my field of view.This is absolutely my worst Avis experience and I suggest you rent from anyplace but here!

Great experience with rental! No line when picking up and only one in front of me when dropping off. Hienrick is awesome as I am short and need adjustable height for the seat. He was able to take care of my needs!

Fabulous service!!!Can't speak more highly of how they helped us. We had issues with our car rental charge before going to pick up our rental vehicle, and also had other smaller issues with the rental itself. They took care of everything. Very efficient and true to their word.
