ENTERPRISE CORPORATE WILL HAVE ZERO RESPONSIBILITY AND NO ONE WILL EVER RESPOND BACK TO LISTEN TO YOU.
IF ENTERPRISE DON’T care about CUSTOMER, let’s show CUSTOMERS DON’T care about ENTERPRISE
STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO NOT GO WITH THIS BRANCH !!

I've rented from this location a number of times over the last several months and have always received excellent service. The staff are friendly and helpful and the vehicles are always in good condition. They have been and will remain my go-to choice for rentals.

A little difficult to find in the shopping center, small sign. But easy to use, friendly staff, and quick check in and return process. I would use it again!

Ive been an Enterprise user for more than a decade and have used branches around the country. Ive always had good experiences but Chance and his team always go above and beyond. 10/10.

They have their own policies just to benefit them. Their corporate policy says something and this location has their own policies. For example even if you drop off the keys in dropbox, they will charge you till the time they open their location. i.e. it doesnt matter when you return, they will just keep billing you. For their convenience, they wont tell this ahead of time, because they cant charge you more. If you ask them more about it, then they wil tell that they posted signs at dropbox. That means you will know after the fact, and you cannot fix this. So, be very careful with this location, and know all the policies ahead of time, for a those not so common scenarios. You have to be almost like a lawyer to know their policies, reading every word of the agreement. I spoke to a person at this location, and he did not help me with these charges. But in response to my review, they were asking to contact them. If they chose to overcharge customers and they framed their own policy around it, they will not reduce the charges. I know it, So, I will not contact them again, and I will not rent from this location again.

Kyle at Enterprise provided outstanding customer service when I rented an SUV. He went above and beyond to make the process easy, quick, and stress-free. Friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful—Kyle made the whole experience top-notch. Highly recommend!

The representative was very courteous and explained all the options for.my rental. They even offer drop off service which saved me having to walk 2 miles back to where I left my vehicle for repairs.

I had an exceptional experience at Enterprise thanks to Jemell. He went above and beyond to help resolve a miscommunication regarding the return date of my rental vehicle through my insurance. Jemell was extremely helpful, genuinely apologetic for the inconvenience, and most importantly—solution-oriented. He followed up consistently, kept me informed, and assured me he’d do his best to make things right—and he did. His professionalism and dedication to customer service truly stood out. He absolutely deserves recognition. I’d definitely recommend Enterprise, especially if you're lucky enough to work with someone like Jemell.

I've rented from this location a few times but this most recent was the most memorable. Everyone was so kind and helpful which made the process seamless.
The gentleman that checked me in was very efficient (I forgot his name) but I do remember Andrew who helped assist me with the walk through. Andrew was very thorough and professional as he explained in great detail what all I was paying for and signing. He also took his time to point out the damages he noticed so that I wouldn't get charged for them knowing I didn't cause them.
I returned the car this morning and I was greeted by the pretty girl that helped me the last time I returned my car. She is always friendly and smiling and she made sure I didn't have to wait around since I walk there. (which I appreciate)
Thank you all for being an efficient team! I will definitely be back!

Haven't rented here but the guy who usually picks up the phone has the worst attitude, unhelpful, seems like he doesn't care. Won't be renting from this place ever!
