Everyone on the team at this Banfield location has been amazing. They truly make me feel safe and comfortable leaving my babies in their care. They’ve always explained everything perfectly and upfront and made me feel like we were part of the family. Would recommend anyone who needs the services they provide.

I took my cat here because he started to not feel well, lost energy, and started throwing up. The staff had a positive attitude and they were extremely kind, Riva was super helpful and understanding. They gave my cat two shots to help him and he hasn’t thrown up now in over 24 hours and seems to be doing much better. Thank you guys!!

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a vet — and at the expense of my cat’s health and dignity.
I’m absolutely mortified and frustrated by the level of care my cat, Leo, received at Banfield Pet Hospital (Frisco North location).
They sent my cat home with a urinary catheter still in place — and to make things worse, they removed the collection bag on day two, leaving him to urinate all over himself. He was distressed, uncomfortable, and clearly suffering. Watching him go through that was heartbreaking.
Due to the poor management of the catheter, Leo ended up having to be taken to the emergency vet in severe distress. The ER vet made it clear that leaving a catheter in under those conditions exposed him to a high risk of infection and further complications — something that could have been completely avoided with proper care.
When I contacted another Banfield (as Frisco North advised), they were shocked Leo had even been sent home in that condition. That response confirmed what I already knew — this situation was unacceptable and not in line with standard veterinary care.
I trusted Banfield Frisco North with my cat’s well-being, and they failed him. This experience left me shaken, angry, and full of regret. I would strongly caution any pet parent to think twice before bringing their animal here.

If I could give zero I would. They have such poor customer service and the people who work at the front desk have the worst attitude. They cancelled our appointment twice and always told us they had those blocked off but still scheduled us anyways. This must feel like what free healthcare feels like, complete chaos and terrible service.

We have been long time clients with Banfield and I have never once had a complaint. The staff at Banfield North is superb. They stay on schedule, keep you informed, and upfront about costs. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

My lab mix, Cooper is very protective of me and will growl at anyone that comes near and he is not fond of other animals. The staff provided me with some medication to give Cooper prior to his appointment. It made a world of difference and they were able to successfully check him out AND trim his nails. I am very impressed with the empathy and compassion all staff at Banfield Pet Hospital exhibited. Highly recommend Banfield if you are looking for a veterinary clinic that treats you and your pet like they are family!

AMAZING VISIT!!! first visit with our cat Abby and she was so well taken care of. Amazing staff all around and the tech was super helpful and sweet. Very communicative and above and beyond service from this location. Will absolutely be bringing our kitty here from now on. <3

The front desk sucks. I repeatedly called and ask for my dog’s medical records. Jose kept on saying he’s busy. Emailing me my dog’s records takes like 10 seconds. I paid for this service. Why is it so bad? Do not recommend.
