Initial visits were great. Very last visit about a year ago with a particular service rep has ensured I will never visit this branch again. Such a shame because I live right across the street but will still drive a few miles out of my way to avoid this location.

Every time I come here I have to wait at least an hour to talk to an employee to get a check or some cash. I wish they made it easier to get cash and help

Such limited business hours make it really hard to hold a job and still do personal banking business. It’s nice to have 2 locations within 15 minutes of my house, but not nice that neither one of them are open when I can actually visit them. I shouldn’t have to drive 30 minutes or take off work to do more than visit the ATM.
I want to add: I’m not expecting extra late or early hours, but at least until 5 or even 6 pm would be nice.

Nobody responds to the given contact number at this location, it’s been a year I’m calling and for everything I need to go the the location in person

shruthi srinivas immediately attened us eventhough she was attending other client and made sure we know it takes 10-15 minutes to address us to open an account .we had smooth and great account opening experience and she is well knowledged enough and addressed all our questions

Worst experience spent whole day just to open account and deposit. Very very slowwww so frustrating. I never recommended for anyone to visit this location again.

What is the point of this branch? It is open only when everyone is at work and closes before you get off work. Extend the hours or shut it down

Worst service I have ever received, only come here if you plan to wait over an hour just to get a single dollar from the teller. Highly recommend finding another bank or completely doing everything online if you can. Inside is a joke.

Don’t waste your time. This is the absolute worst bank system and you will wait 45-60 mins to do a simple cash deposit at the window because they have 1 person working the window and 3-4 other people that do basically nothing but stand around.The problem is this banks design (and other recently built just like it). They only have ONE window to take payments and 7 offices to open accounts and help with loans and other Bs that are almost never used. It’s an absurd design and someone needs to be fired over how stupid it was to approve this design when you have a lobby of people just trying to make a deposit EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I go in.Never again will I go to this bank and thinking how I can transfer my wealth over to another bank that actually has good service for its current customers.

Went through the drive-through ATM got cash but need to change some bills since the atm couldn’t so I went inside and I was told that I need to deposit back in the ATM and withdraw it to get the change I need it. Why can’t you open the drawer and change the bills? I’m only writing this negative revie because this is the 3rd time I have walked in and out of this location and had a bad experience.
