Well it was awesome that within 2 hours we were able to do two credit card applications, couple of new bank account opening along with a autoloan application in one single appointment. Many thanks to the Friendly and professional approach from Rasha Barqouni, who was amazing and helpful . I would definitely Recommend this branch especially for her customer centricity and also other staffs were greeting very Nicely.

I could give zero rating … terrible experience
Made me wait for an hour and was sent back home as they approached closing time ( she estimated only 30 mins wait when we entered and there was only one person prior to us … )

I have a problem about reporting fraud, it is impossible for me to communicate online and at the phone numbers they provide to fix this. I have been trying for a week and even though this branch serves me very well, I will have to cancel my personal account since with their robotic system I do not see a way to recover my two hundred dollars that they stole from me, thank you

I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible service provided by Senior Banker Alexis Chevis and Financial Center Manager Shital Rathod. Moving to a new country comes with its challenges, but Alexis and Shital went above and beyond to help me and my family settle in seamlessly. They guided us through opening accounts, securing credit cards, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
Shital’s efficiency and hands-on involvement ensured everything was handled promptly and with great care. From the moment we walked in, their warm reception, super helpful attitude, and amazing energy stood out. What truly made this experience unforgettable was Alexis remembering my birthday. I’m ALWAYS wait at least 30 minutes every time I walk into this bank to see a banker. Always only one person working. Half the time the systems are down. Horrible customer service.

I walked in to this branch to get some assistance, the wonderful lady in the front she’s so nice and ready to help, and the manager came to help me her name is Shital, she’s so professional and efficient. Great job assisting customers they have awesome attitudes!

Went in a week ago to set up an account. You have to make an appointment online. The problem is that you can only make an appointment online if you are already a BA member. So I walked in. We set up an appointment while I was there to come back another day. Came back another day. They said they would take my paperwork and call me when they were ready to set up another appointment to finalize the account. It's been a week, they have not called or emailed me. I have emailed the person who was helping me and have received no response to my emails. I have tried calling the bank, but all I get is an endless loop of menus and messages to schedule an appointment online. I am very disappointed with the customer service. I think I will be setting up an account elsewhere
