We have been banking at this location since 2021 after moving to Frisco TX. Financial advisor Kyle Shipley, Manager Purvi, staff Victoria, staff Jose and several others have assisted us with investment, account opening (for our kids and senior mom). Schedule an appointment today online for weekend or weekday services. Staff had good attention to detail and wow service. Our mortgage was serviced by Alexa Eagle.

no wonder this branch has 2.6 ratings.
i waited 40 minutes, just to hear no we can't do this.
at arrival, person checked me in. looked at the purpose of visit, verified the docs and told me they can do it but i have to wait. i waited for my turn just to be told No by other person.
i am not a big fan of visiting branch for something. these incidents just keeps me making more determined.

This is by far, the worst bank in the world. Horrible service. Horrible staff. I walked in to have a conversation with small business only to be told their network is down for the whole area. No one can help me. Four miles down the road, the other Bank of America was business as usual. There was a wire sent to me for payment that never made it but they kept blowing me off. I deposited a check that they cashed but then removed from my account. Horrible, horrible bank. Will never use them again.

I just opened a new Bank account at this branch, and the service Yessica provided me was top notch 5 star service. She was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend asking for Yessica if you need banking help.

worst customer service! Go to the ones at Preston Rd or Legacy Dr! The teller helped other customer even though I was there before her.
