No training? I dont know but, I like to use cash. At check out I handed the clerk a $100 dollar bill. They ran it thru a machine and said, oops didnt pass. Long story short after going thru 2 other 100 dollar bills and a "Manager", I went ahead and paid with a credit card. Seriously, I wish I had walked and left my $89 purchase laying on the counter. Ironically I just read an article that said $100 are the least counterfitted these days. I try to patronize brick and mortar and rarely order online. Im especially fond of book stores and glade to see Barnes and Noble has survived. But, come on guys, this is not customer service. Should you at a minimum have one of those color changing pens or a real manager to make a more informed decision.

Barnes & Noble is a great and enchanting place for book lovers. Gigantic, well-organized, clean two story bookstore with a massive selection of every genre of book, to satisfy all genres and ages of readers. The store includes a Starbucks Cafe upstairs, a bathroom downstairs, and cozy reading chairs throughout to relax while browsing the shelves. Staff are friendly and willing to help answer questions. Kid's section with age-appropriate toys and books, puzzles, magazines, journals, calendars, and a music section. I walked in to browse, and found myself wandering through both floors for hours to see what treasures I could find. They are pricier than other bookstores, so be prepared. I highly recommend it.

This store hands down has the best horror selection out of any in the area. Whoever curates that is doing a phenomenal job, there's plenty to choose from, always an assortment of new books, good selection of lesser known titles. Considering how many book stores have one sad shelf of horror that's a solid 60% Stephen King it's so exciting to find a solid well stocked horror display

Was able to get my niece the signed edition of a book she wanted for her birthday. After her friend heard she got one, we had to go back to get another one before we left.

This B&N is at a nice mall, and the book selection is excellent. The employees are kind and courteous as well.

Love the book section and staff was super nice and polite. Be aware that prices that they have for their kids stuff is WAY above normal. Be cautious when buying anything other then books from them.

Barnes and Noble is my favorite store of all time and this location was my first time visiting and I loved it! It's so huge and big selection of everything from books, music, toys, and so much more. I like how they have two floors with option to take a escalator or a elevator which is convenient. There is even a Starbucks inside. Great place!!
