Not what I expected!!!!! Poor customer service a lot of miscommunications. Donna was not very helpful and was very rude when I talked to her on the phone.

Got turned over to collections for a $73 bill that I missed paying more than once, due to a stack of monthly medical bills. Could’ve just called me and I would’ve just paid them over the phone. I paid my other bills with them. I won’t go to any Baylor Scott & White hospitals if I can avoid it.

While in inpatient recovery I could really tell my therapists and nurses and techs cared about me and my recovery! I went from not being able to sit up on my own to walking with a cane very quickly!
