Very organized and detailed staff. Excellent services, cooperation, and friendliness. Everyone hears everyone stories and goals. Very peaceful and uplifting spirit. Major props to the staffs (even the technical therapist) love the relations there. Will always miss this place.

Not what I expected!!!!! Poor customer service a lot of miscommunications. Donna was not very helpful and was very rude when I talked to her on the phone.

Got turned over to collections for a $73 bill that I missed paying more than once, due to a stack of monthly medical bills. Could’ve just called me and I would’ve just paid them over the phone. I paid my other bills with them. I won’t go to any Baylor Scott & White hospitals if I can avoid it.
