From time I walked in the bank to open a business account I felt right at home with the staff being so friendly and got right to us Adam,Rocio,and Ano was so helpful. I highly recommend this branch in Frisco off Preston Rd.

This has been an AWFUL experience! Racist experience at minimum!! Opening my business account over the phone and web was seamless right until we met face to face with the Truist representative to sign documents - my husband is black and suddenly without reason they cannot do business with me. I have no credit issues or issues with any banks. The Truist representative will not answer my calls or my emails. He did however find it acceptable to talk with my accountant behind my back about it, asking the accountant if they have "actually" met me. Doesn't that violate confidentiality policies?? EXTREMELY unprofessional. I would NEVER recommend this bank to ANYONE.

They never have money at some locations. They have declined me for with drawing money.a simple 10k. Very bad experience

How I wished all banking experiences were like this. Every time I step into this branch, I feel like I am among my friends and family. The staff is professional, courteous, and kind. They are always willing to help. Anu is fantastic so are the Tellers. I can go on and on about this Truist bank location, I wish other banks could learn a thing or the other from this place on how to treat customers with excellence.

Visiting this branch felt like entering a DMV in California. No one smiles. I got nervous the moment someone said “hello?” Everyone seems cold and unwelcoming. The older bank teller lady I encountered was stoic at best…actually, rude. It felt more like I was being talked down by a security guard than a service representative. It’s as if your business isn’t wanted. Plays hard ball when asked about promotional checking account offers - offers which TRUIST sponsors and works at other branches. May try other branches to hopefully have friendlier experiences. This branch feels more Californian, less Texan.

Waited 75 minutes for a service and I had to return later. Been with this location for over 15 years and this has been my longest wait ever. I am terribly disappointed to have been banking there for this long.

I love this bank period. The staff are always helpfull. the managers can take care of most Abby problem immediatly. The mobile app is awsome. I can even see my credit report for free from the app. Ther is plenty of locations all over north texas. Best bank ive ever had . I highly recommend this bank
