Extremely upset of an outcome for a loan application assisted by Rosa Ortiz. I was sent an email for supporting documents. The documents were sent a day later but the loan request was rejected prior to reviewing the supporting documents.I was provided with an option to submit the application again with the supporting documents which will take another credit score impact.There were no other solution to her mistake. Just very unprofessional.
