Excellent Manager and staff. They treat customers like they ought to treat customers. They helped me resolve an issue my parent branch wasn't able to. I am going to travel this far to get my work done

I'm still at a lost for words about my experience at this bank. I was involved in a seeious car accident where i received a check drawn on this bank from the insurance company. Unfortunately, my bank wanted to put a hold on the check for 7 days. However, i needed this check cashed asap for the finished repairs. I went into this branch. Let's me be very clear the associate was very nice. My issue is with the branch policy. Because i didn't want to open an account with this branch. I have to pay the bank 2% of my check just to cash it? The bank charged 79.00 just to cash their own check. I am still blown away about this experience. I asked my bank how much would they charge for a non member. The fee is only $8 flat rate. Bank of America is also a flat rate but this company Wants to treat people like they are at a check cashing store unbelievables! So if you can treat someone who is not a member of your bank and overcharge them just to cash a check can you imagine how many fees this bank actually have if you were a member? I will never bank with a company like this. Worst bank ever!

I brought in an insurance check that was drawn in their bank. The check was for $10k. When I presented it to the teller (Seema) that I wanted to cash it, she said “no”. Lol. No???Seema said they didn’t have the money.Huh??She then asked for my identification which I provided. My drivers license is from another state because we just moved to Texas. She then wanted to know the date I moved here. I told her that was a strange question and refused to answer.She verified the check with the insurance company then proceeds to tell me it’ll cost me 2% off the check to cash.WHAT?!?!No bank charges 2%.That’s crazy.But since my state bank is still in another state being that I just moved to Texas, I paid the 2 %.And yes they cashed it.What a horrible experience.What a horrible teller.What a horrible bank.

I hate this place. I miss my old Bank BBVA. They don't take 30 minutes to get to you. And they don't try charging you to get funds the same day into your account. From your paycheck. It really is a Yankee Bank from up North. No Southern hospitality do not bank here

This review is for a loan officer named Gene Zink! I really want his bank and seniors to know about his irresponsible behavior regarding a $900,000.00 loan amount!He has been our loan officer for a month and he and his talented assistant Tiffany kept asking for paperwork and assured us that everything is going fine and we are approved for our loan until today, two weeks before closing, they denied our loan stating that he didn’t know I was self employed! It’s very strange that they had all my paper work but never bothered to look carefully and left us in a state of shock today! I’m a dentist with a clean history, no other loan on my name and a credit score of 800+My purpose of this review is to make you all aware of his lack of experience and irresponsible behavior. Please don’t waste your time here and find a better loan officer and also his seniors should definitely take action against GENE ZinK and his assistant Tiffany Golden.

I love coming to this location! Denae is super sweet. Always remembers my face and name. Gives me a big wave and makes me feel welcome. I'm not sure what she's getting paid, but whatever it is, she needs a raise.

Horrible customer service. They hold my deposit for 14 days without any notification they would hold check. No one could offer any solution as "This is just policy on large deposits."I confirmed the amount was released from the payor into my account, but my own bank BBVA cannot release the funds.My assumption is they are making more interest on my money this way.

I've visited the Frisco branch over 5+ times in less than 1 month over the same issues brought up on my first visit. If you step in, don't see Ernie Lyle, he's terrible! He gives you his business card with his cell #, however, after you make the first call, he save's your number and never picks up again. Not only thought, he doesn't even try to resolve your issue. On 3 occasions, as I come to see him, he all of a sudden says he has to leave (a couple of times, I've seen him outside talking on his cell phone thereafter hanging outside). Rather than leave a 1star, the branch manager Khatija is the saving grace, as she'll do what she can do to solve your issue. Next time, so go straight to her and you'll save yourself many hours of time wasted with Ernie!
