Went on Thursday to get a convenience check. They told me the printer was "out of ink". I explained I had something that I needed to pay that day that required a check, and they had no solution. Told them they needed to fix the situation. Came back today, 3 days later and it's still "out of ink" and the teller who seemed to be really annoyed a bank customer was trying to receive a bank service told me they didn't know when "more ink would be in"They don't have any machines not working when it's time to charge you for something or a payment is due to them...those machines always work.It's 2024, needing a checkbook is obsolete, but in the rare occasion you have to have one, you'd think your bank would be prepared.I see now why the star rating is so low for this branch.

Since the merger with bbva this company has gone way down hill. I was in the midst of a commercial loan when the merger happened and my loan was messed up so bad. Took over a year to finally get it all worked out. The customer service in branch, back office, the whole company is absolutely terrible. As soon as interest rates go down, I’ll be refinancing and getting the F away from this bank.

Bridges sober living is by far the best sober living in Denton County. The owners name is Joe .. He without a doubt saved my sons life . He has several houses in Little Elm, Frisco and many more ! If you have a loved one with an addiction and they want help please call Bridges it will be the best call you will ever make! Joe really cares about the people that live in one of his Sober living houses! It could save your loved ones life . We tried for 25 years to find help for our son nothing helped until we found Bridges... make the call

I tried depositing a not-insignificant amount of money into their drive-thru ATM, the ATM said it couldn't be completed and to please contact my financial institution (as if that wasn't already them....), my money was not returned from the ATM. When I went inside after I had to wait over half an hour, I was told I had to file a dispute in order to get my money, as if it wasn't stuck in their own backyard because of their faulty equipment. To their credit though they gave me a provisional credit with the full amount, but I still have to wait a couple weeks now to know this is behind me. Can't trust their equipment now.

PNC in general sucks really bad, the app is almost ALWAYS crashing and the overdrafts are ridiculous. Will be switching banks but do not recommend PNC pls go somewhere else

Just charged 40 to cash a check That is ridiculous never bank in here ever. On top of all that they gave me 100 has been taped together with two different serial numbers

Bad bank , teller will give you a hard time even if you deposit in your account and you have beautiful outstanding account they don’t careIf you’re gonna close your account and loosing clients I will never open account with that branch

This is about bank that is not open on sat'day. I have been banking with various banks but never seen one (not sure if this is limited to this one on main st alone) which is closed on sat'day. How convenient.

This comment is not directed at this branch in particular but rather this bank as a whole. This has got to be the worst bank I have ever come across. I don't even own an account with them, but my brother in-law does and his experience has been awful!! Customer service does not answer calls, their email responses seem like they are clueless, its a total nightmare. How do I know all this? Because he's scheduled a transfer to me for a meagerly sum and its supposedly "under review" never mind its been 2 business days. Customer service can't find the scheduled transfer and yet its there in his online banking account! Ridiculous! It's so bad he's considering flying in from Africa to close his account because of the really poor service.

This comment is not directed at this branch in particular but rather this bank as a whole. This has got to be the worst bank I have ever come across. I don't even own an account with them, but my brother in-law does and his experience has been awful!! Customer service does not answer calls, their email responses seem like they are clueless, its a total nightmare. How do I know all this? Because he's scheduled a transfer to me for a meagerly sum and its supposedly "under review" never mind its been 2 business days. came in 4 minutes before they closed (yes my bad, but the weather was so bad! and i tried my hardest to help her out) anyways, a different teller, Pam, i guess made a face at the teller that was helping me, and the teller that was helping me said "yeah, i know" *with an attitude* and i genuinely replied to her comment with, "i'm sorry!". the teller then told me "yeah SURE you are." like ..... excuse me ? she saw the stack of money in my hand when i entered and SHE said "i can help you out right here!" she could've have communicated that she did not want to help me and to tell me to come tomorrow, simple as that. i'm writing this review because Pam is my usual teller and she is wonderful and kind every single time i come. her splendid customer service was consistent, alongside another male teller i usually see as well. i'm disappointed at the fact the customer service i received from adel?, i'm not sure but her name starts with an A, was ugly. my 16-17 yo employees have better customer service than her!
