Great service in this Bank . The staff in this location are so professional and helpfull specifically. They are so polite and respectful. We had an appointment there for our bank account n money deposit and the process was so easy and accurate. No long waiting time. I do recommend this location for all of my friends and for everyone.Definitely I will go back there again .

I had to do a wire transfer during busy hours and in the rush. The lady at the front was very friendly and got me through to Jason Early, who understood the urgency and was also very nice and friendly. I got the wire done quickly.I'm not sure what all the fuss is about in reviews, I like this branch. The stuff here is super helpful

I think it's bad when me and my wife hate coming inside the Frisco location . The only friendly person is Jason the manager. It just feels so unfriendly from the people that work here . The friendly customer service is not here . I think it's time to switch to chase or something . Chris reed is my name .

Stop sending me junk mail. We don't do business anymore and I closed my account because of the terrible customer service and lies. I just changed addresses and they've already tracked down my new address which means they're buying people's data. I'm going to start bringing your junk mail back to the store

I am not an in person banking type of guy, so mobile and online banking are very important to me. With that said, it is VERY irritating when ALL of your services are down, a lot. I’m so tired of it, I’m going to see if I can get Capital One or Chase to refinance my car, just so I don’t have to deal with you.

Was closing my account since I stopped using BBVA & BBVA was bought out by PNC. Don’t have much experience with PNC & there were some system issues but I was helped out quickly enough with no further issues & it wasn’t difficult at all. Check for remaining balance & it’s done with no hassle.

What kind of bank doesn’t have 32 thousand to cash a check that progressive sends out!!??? The lady at the counter was rude about it and said they would have to order the money to cash the check! Would not recommend for a bank PERIOD

I opened a business, personal and savings account with Compass several years ago with no issues at all. The way PNC operates their bank is pathetic... Higher fees, horrible customer service, understaffed, your deposits are not available like they were with compass and BBVA. As soon as I have time I will be closing my account!

I’ve been trying to close my account with this bank for a month. The only days I have off is Saturday and Sunday. They are closed on Saturday when most banks are open. Tried to go to window on Friday morning before work to close account. They tell me I have to talk to a banker in their little room. Been up there two Friday’s in a row. Two hour wait to talk to someone. I just want my money and they won’t give it to me. Even tried writing checks from this bank to my new bank now they tell me I can’t write a check for that amount because I gotta leave $50. Dollars in my account. Horrible bank

The worst bank/company I have ever been apart of. I've been banking with this company for 6 years and the whole time they were never any help to me as a customer. The customer service hotline will have u on hold for HOURS and then HANG UP on you. The tellers in person are also no help whatsoever. F*** bbva

I see the google ratings are low, but I would love for everyone to take a moment to read this. Ms. Dani was fantastic and went above and beyond for me to start my membership and become a family member to BBVA once again. I will again and again refer BBVA to anyone and everyone not just for their banking needs. The service they provided was quick and easy and more than just one member of their branch was willing to participate in answering all my questions. I can truly say, I was treated as a valued customer and a BBVA member of the family. BBVA is an outstanding place to bank and arrange finances as well as plan for the future. They're client service as well as what they provide to us as the customer, is like no other. BBVA is an outstanding place to bank and arrange finances as well as plan for the future. The BBVA mobile banking app is well organized and you can find everything you need there without the hassle of a phone call to customer care or a visit to the branch.
